@@jocerv43its a laptop cpu with 24 cores. 10% means 2 cores at 100% usage. CPU intentionally runs as close to 100c as it can to deliver max performance.

@@wilsondz9703 Cooling system lets the CPU use as much power as possible and boost as high as possible. CPU always tries to use as much power to deliver the higgest performance. Also happens with desktop cpus (Ryzen 7000, 9000)

А процессор чуть ниже топового i3 там уже фризы до 20 фпс в самом майнкрафте
