I have now used these most of the summer since I made this video. I have knocked more than one of them over while running more than once. One time one of them went over hard enough to hit the blades hard on the cage. NO DAMAGE! The blades just glanced off the cage crossmembers and did not get bent in the least. It would have badly damaged at least one of the blades if I had not bent the tips forward in advance.
Mine bent the blade when my dog knocked it over. Replaced with a Hyper Tough 20" from Wallmart. The Harbor Freight was quieter with better more direct air flow. Im bummed these are out of stock at the moment
If you cut the plastic and pull the cage off, you can use plyers and a couple of hammers to bend straight, and then pound flat the bent blade. Then just zip strip the cage back together. Just remember to bend the tips forward so it won't hit the cage again!
Oh, don't get me wrong, I love these as well! I would give it 5 stars if it was not necessary to bend the blades away from the cage struts. I have 4 of them and I need one more! They move a great amount of air.
There are a few good things at Harbor Freight. You just gotta be really picky! These fans are great so far for me as long as you bend the blade tips. You know one thing I realized, if they sell a extended warranty, it is usually a better product. If no extended warranty, junk.

Mine works like a champ
Better bend those tips away from the cage. One good tip over, and one of the blades will be mangled!
You must’ve got a bad one. I love mine

I'll save my money.
I'm tired of Harbor Freight junk.

Good point, never thought of that.
