Hi Sesi Pale hope you are doing good. I just wanted to say please don't cut your hair. My hair is similar to yours and last year it was shedding a lot wanted to cut it but I didn't. Started doing mini braid with my hair (my hair is relaxed ) and I would moisturise my hair every other day with growth oil ( avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil and moringa leaves ) focusing on the ends and then cover it with a shower cap over night. My dry ends are better and my hair grew 2 to 3 inches within 3-4 months . Hope this helps ❤❤❤
This year I’m keeping my hair tucked away and making sure my scalp is clean and moisturised even in protective style🤞🏽 and doing more trims. I hate to admit it but my hair thrives after trims 😅
Had to cut my hair into a bob, because I was not taking care of it properly and manipulating too much. My ends looked a mess especially in the front. Now I'm starting over as well. Good luck with your journey, love your content.
@@felicia_rm I was using my straightener way too much, almost every week. Combining my hair almost every day, not really doing protective styles. I did a lot of tight buns as well. Didn't moisturising properly, especially when I straightened my hair. Lack of protein also played a role, I'm still looking for a good protein conditioner/treatment Hope it helps
I haven’t done my hair in about six mnths aswell. Was always on cornrows and your oil help me like crazy. I can see that the volume is getting back like you said. Thank u so much for your help.🙏🏻
Hair looks healthy and that's really important. I did a big trim also, My hair doesn't like long stretches and protective styles. I will suggest you try a hot oil treatment it's a game changer
Hello sis pale your hair is very beautiful the results r great wishing u reach ur hair goals for the year.....i was also relaxed but I did a big chop last year december n it was a breath of fresh air im starting afresh n the experience is nice xem❤
Your hair looks really good . I think baggying your ends will help with the dry ends and it’s even better that you cut off the bad ends so you’ll notice a difference faster. Baggy method has always worked for me anytime my ends are dry My routine will stay the same this year ,I think I found a great routine for myself last year and it works perfectly for my lifestyle and my hair grew well too. I went from a bit over neck length to past armpit length all in one year. I want to retain more length this year (hopefully get to mid back length) and get my edges to be fuller and my hair fuller too Hope we’ll get more hair content this year
Great video Palesa, hair looks nice and thick. This year would like to focus on Trims, avoiding Heat, avoid too much Manipulation (leave my hair alone), grow my hairline using JBCO, be consistent with taking vitamins.
Hey Pali ❤ your hair is so gorgeous.. I have natural hair this year wanna take it serious and take care of it .. and yes your skin is so glowing and beautiful 😍 🤩
This year im hoping to find a stylist that will trim my hair on relaxer days. I need more of the Design essentials mousse, its good for my hair. It is my saving grace, I no longer use gels i just apply it on my hair and it becomes sleek.
Hi Beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed this video. I was a pixie girl for 2 years and now I am in the process of growing my hair to a bob inbetween braiding. Please share the salon details. I absolutely loveeee how she handled your hair and that they use Mizani❤ all the best sis with hair this year❤😍
Hey precious, thank you so much for watching. She’s in Bloemfontein, opposite brebner primary school. You’ll see a big black board - Sthandos hair salon. She’s the best💕
😅 My thing with the green smoothies is too boost my iron levels, I am anaemic. And iron is a very important part of hair growth. Green smoothies are rich in iron, vitamin k, and lots of other vitamins and nutrients that aid hair growth. I will try and share the video in my upcoming videos. 😘
Your hair looks really good? Which relaxer do you use? Currently struggling because I use Ladine but it has been scarce lately and they recommend mizani but it's quite expensive.
Alpha aburtin and sunscreen are a must. You can watch my skincare routine videos here ruclips.net/p/PLDgUK7qTg-tWcbgFQjDI8iZ11QoDVBsMn&si=CQA3kbbr_Rma_MR4
Ey hair goals? It's tough hey. I just let my hair grow and it's healthy and long. I want to go back to sew in Weaves like the old times. I don't have time for hair anymore but it keeps growing
@@PalesaM1 Thank you so much! I never thought of using a leave-in when plaiting my hair. I'll definitely do that, especially when I'll be keeping my hair locked for a very long time.
Hi Sis P Thanks for the great hair video. This year I’m definitely relaxing my hair all thanks to you. Lol I also want to go to Sis Thato she really knows how to make a girl look gorgeous 🥰🥰
I'm starting to think we are all just going through hair setbacks as the relaxed hair girlies . I don't think I will ever do a 6 months stretch ever again😅😅😅against my better judgement I also took out my braids and then got a relaxer so I relate 😅
Right! Six month stretches are my thing 😅 I just need to be strict and very consistent when it comes to my routine. I needed a fresh relaxer, NEEDED 😂😂🤣
Hey Palesa. I love your videos. They are so fun to watch and at the same educating. Thank you so much for your content. My hair goals are to Grow Back my edges , My Hair line is gone 🤣😭. Please if you have any advice with that Please help. Thank you
Hi Miss P. Wow it's been long. In terms of your hair my opinion would be maybe just maybe your hair needs a trim into a bob or maybe the lady's opinion in regards to moisturising the ends would help I don't know. You should listen to your hair. Other than that your looks healthy you can also go back to using the baggy method as well. Love watching your video❤❤. Happy 2024
The dead ends are gone now, my hair will recover. I actually started doing the baggy method last night. I just need to stay consistent and treat my hair with care. Happy new year sthandwa🥰🥰♥️
Your hair looks soo good😍🔥and healthy 🔥🔥The trim 🤌🏾🔥 This year I am honestly going to give my hair the love it deserves and i want to see growth(inches😅)

This just encouraged me to add the shower cap when moisturizing my hair...thank you

The shedding led me to cut mine last year💔😭
