Helping Hands: Disaster Action Teams and Client Caseworkers

When the Red Cross responds to a disaster, it sends Disaster Action Teams to meet with victims, assess the situation and decide how the Red Cross may best respond. After the initial disaster response, Client Caseworkers follow up by calling victims and helping them take the first steps towards recovering from the disaster.
