Fun fact: the TIE Fighter windscreen is an error in the Original Trilogy. The filming miniatures have a different orientation than the full size cockpit.
It’s a really cool gimmick, I hope they keep this up.

I don’t know why some people are saying the tie fighter cockpit looks ugly. Imo I think it looks great.
the fact that the x wing does not have the play Feacher that locks and unlocks the s foils is very sad.
I guess they couldn’t use the rubber band that they usually use because of the wings switching it

Dang I was hoping this set would have metallic wheel hubs for the x-wing engines. I'm parting together a Brick Vault X-Wing and would've picked it up just for that
Need an Uglys 5-6 Ship set with Y-Wing, Tie Fighter Parts, X-Wing Parts and so on, something for Space Pirates.
Great catch on the cockpit orientation and I never noticed that! Although not being able to see through the cockpit makes it’s worse than other TIE’s from before to me.
Need more Ties!! 😂. Will pick up two of these sets to display both the standard Tie and X-Tie. Love the look of the X-tie, not so sure about the other. Figs are good and unique, especially like the X-Wing Pilot’s helmet!

3:20 technically both are accurate as on the inside there is no middle spoke but on the outside there is. This would cause nausea from constantly being slightly offset even if a tie pilot was ‘level’. Just a bit of discontinuity from the shows.

Pilot looks like he has a printed 1x3 on the front of the helmet.
The TIE Fighter windshield is actually inaccurate. The only reason the line doesn’t cross down the middle in the cockpit in the films is cause it made it easier to see. Then squadrons adapted it.

I’m getting sick of this franchise. Been a Star Wars LEGO collector for a long while. But it’s gotten to the point that when I saw the Star Wars logo, i want to vomit. The franchise is so cooked.
