    Correct me if wrong please. But isn't it not advisable to directly feed the HOT clinker to the ball mill so it will not experience fatigue. Maybe add a cooler system after the kiln or a conveyor with length enough to cool down the clinker prior feeding it to the mill.

      For limestone/dolomite/calcite
      The whole grinding system power is around 370Kw, the working power is 80% of install power
      A.D97=4.8um (≦2um: 73.5%) Output: 1000kg/h Energy Consumption: 296Kw/Ton
      B.D97=6.3um (≦2um: 64%) Output: 1500kg/h Energy Consumption: 197.3Kw/Ton
      C.D97=7.1um (≦2um: 57%) Output: 1900kg/h Energy Consumption: 155.8Kw/Ton
      For Talc powder,
      Longyi powder grinding mill power is 250Kw, the real working power is around 200~225Kw, including classifying system.
      A. D90=10.5~10.7um output: 4 tons/hour
      B. D90=9.8~11um output: 3 tons/hour

    I'm not one to critique a plant, but i see a lot of safety concerns with this plant. No guards on most of the moving components such as trunnions, main drive sprocket, conveyers or electrical motors.
