Where do these n14s like to be shifted at in low range? Lower rpms?

In Low-Range, especially with the 18, I would typically short shift until about 4L, then start spooling her up a bit more. It's still a motor that falls on it's face at about 1900, at least in the 450hp/mechanical form, so it's usually a 1500-1800 kind of dance.
