Solution 1: 1. Nxe5, if 1... dxe5, then 2. Bxc5 puts white in advantage with the bishop pair and with both central pawns intact. if 1...Nxe5, then 2. c4-d4 forks the Bishop and the Knight. Solution 2 : 1.Bf7+ forces the King to take on f7 and then white picks up the queen.
great video as always ! covered the one thing i was criticizing about the counting method . have you ever considered making a video about practical play? this could cover stuff such as psychology at the board,fixed mindset vs growth mindset and so on . would love to see it !

This is just gold, I played a 30 min time control game after this so I have enough time nd boy o boy I messed my opponent up, I won his knight nd then his queen, he resigned after 12 moves. These moves I nvr would have seen if not for this method.

Can you recommend me book that has a lot of puzzle with idea to practice candidates, or maybe chessfactor materials? I would like to practice these positions(improve calculation and visualisation) Position 1 - I would play Ng5, candidates: Nc7(nonsense) , Nf6(Qf6 and either hg4 Bg4 or Nd2 gh3 black has strong attack ) Bc5(dc5, hg4, Bg4 and the also black has attack) Bh6(nonsense) hg4(weakens and gives nothing to white) Ba6(nonsense) I also consider Ng5 as Nf7/Nf6 threat and to be honest it looks more promising. Ne5 is nonsens as it can be taken and does not allow to develop Bg5 Ng5 hg5 Bg5 and Nf6 or Bf6 seems crushing Ng5 Nd5 Nf7 Kf7 Bd5 Ke7 Bc5 dc5 Qh5 Qe8 and there are some attack chances and my visualisation stops here but I have f4, some Bg5 ideas, i think I have at least perpetual or rook, ex Qh5 Kd7 Qg7 and my intuition says it is interesting and correct so I would play Ng5 move and recalculate again :P i thing Ne5 right away is much cleaner Position 2- I chose Bf7, candidates: Bd7(Qd7 just exchange, gives me nothing) Bf7(Kf7 Ne5 Ke8 Qh4 checkmate or Ke6 Qg4 Ke5 or Kg6 Qf3 Ke5 and seems I have bf4 and compensation is so huge that white king will be checkmated) Bg8 Rg8(seems little better for white as black cannot castle but why to give good bishop in such position) Bf5/Bg4/Qd5/Ne5/Ng5 - check mate threat Ne5 (Ne5 Qh5 g6 and black defended Ng5( hg5 and Rook secures h5) Qd5 (cd5 queen lost for just opening diagonal and file that gives me nothing) Bg4 (Ngf6 and check mate defended) Bf5 (e6 Be6 Qe7 Qe2, white is better but not so much as he could be) Bh6(nonsense)
often, i see a threat only when the trap is about to be sprung, by which time its way too late to respond. could you do a clip specifically on Anticipating Budding Threats before they become unstoppable ? i think its often when a piece that was obscuring or hiding another piece moves out of the way, i dont realise that a new threat has been unleashed. i'm too focused on the moving piece to realize the danger that was lurking unseen behind it, but has now become menacingly active, while i was focused on where the moving piece has just moved to.

@@Chessfactor I watched all of these,they are great! I can actually calculate 5-6 moves where there are 3-4 variations. But I can’t calculate while closing my eyes. I see top players can do that easily. So I just want to how they can do this & what's the vision they have inside their mind.If I get that answer, it will help to improve my skill too i think. Also if knight goes c3 on 8:00 isnt there pawn d5? If we take then the opponent will take and our knight will still be threatened and our opponent can take the b2 pawn with rook
Some puzzles require indeed some time to solve them, especially if they are difficult. It is always worth spending more time in solving puzzles. So yes!
