I love this house. Thank you so much Ethan. That pipe in the furnace room was purple. WOW. If it could be restored, I would be there in an instant. I love the wood and the different color inside the cupboards. Blessings to you, always. Your the best explorer. Stay safe, and thank you again. 😊
MCM's never disappoint, with all the unique architectural elements they serve up!!✨ I love the sprawling feel of the space. Appreciate seeing the outside as well. This one, with some reviving, would be totally amazing!! 🤩✌️
Ethan you should start a charity that preserves all the MCM's in Canadaland and the USA.. and we can all donate to the cause! An MCM home is my ULTIMATE favorite kind of home! 🏭
I don't comment on every single video, but I just wanna say you have wonderful content, and I am very appreciative of your work! I hope you're able to continue as long as it's fun for you, and I'm looking forward to you hitting that 100k subscribers mark! Thank you for your time, thank you for your effort, thank you for helping me thru a tough time in my life! Peace out✌️
So sad-I know I say that about all your explores! The tile in the master bathroom? Wow! I love it. The quality is top notch-it’s still in good shape. The light fixture at the front door was cool. And the kitchen!! I want that house. If only I had money to fix it up. It’s doable-I doubt there is much structural damage. Most of it is cosmetic. Sure a beautiful house. 60’s for sure! Brings back memories of a time when quality mattered.
This would be my dream home to buy and renovate. Absolutely love the design, the layout and the architectural elements of the period. Just wow. What a score.
Hi Ethan, I started watching you about a month ago. I am hooked!! I have watched so many of your videos. You are an old soul just like me. Love these homes. I look forward to many more! Your personality is perfect for this😊 I am right across the pond from you in upstate New York. See you in the next one! Kimberly
Out of all the abandoned houses you have shown us this one made me feel uneasy. I feel for your safety on this one. Please be careful. Wish you had some one with you. I’m sure it was unique in its day. Really nice and big. Thanks for sharing this house for your viewers.❤
Very big interesting home for the 60's. I love all the windows through out even tough they are all boarded up now. It was so unique with the brickwork as support and the fireplaces were neat. The refrigerator in the basement probably was the original because the one in the kitchen was too modern to be original. I liked the brown tile in one of the many bathrooms. The metal on the brick that you said what is that ? I believe it was a grate from the fireplace..maybe ?. It's a shame individuals came through to do graffiti damage. Thank you for showing this home.I really liked the wooden ceiling when you first entered the house. 💝☺
I know you hate basements and keep till last . Why don't you do the basement first and get it over with . Then go threw the house and show the outside of house as you leave . Some awesome old houses you exp.oring , you wonder about these people lives . Thanks
Loved that ceiling! I think the windows were a little weird, like not a lot of air would flow thru. But I can imagine what it would have been like when new and furnished (without that blue paint).
Hi Ethan!! 🌈🌈 What a cool place!! Reminded me of a sixties TV house!! Loved all the blue and cool tile and the white brick esp the fireplace. Enjoyed 🙋♀️ Cindy
✴ Love this house which must have been superb and modern in its time. Always these details of colors and architecture from the 60's that I particularly like! Not bad at all the reminder of this pretty blue (💙) on the splashback and the lamp in the kitchen... Arno🌿👌
Nice. I love how the house is designed. I would have love to see it when it was brand new. I Always enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the awesome work. 🕊️
I loved the wood ceilings. I haven't seen many IRL and they just seem to bring a look of sophistication to a place rather old or new. There were some interesting characteristics in the structure and layout of the home with the large fireplaces and the huge pool. It was a lovely video. I enjoyed it very much. Take care, stay safe and God bless! xoxo 💞 Kat
Cool find Ethen👍 Keep up the good work and stay safe out there as much as we appreciate you giving us great house explores we want you safe first. So many crazies out there nowadays. Idk I'm just a worry wart. Thanks again Ethan ✌️
Interesting layout here. Some funky bathrooms and tile. Thank you for not opening the fridge. Pretty decent property. I think it will be demolished too. Sweet stuff Ethan.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks, Ethan, for what you do! I've always loved watching your videos, especially as a person who loves abandoned homes...Also a person who is American and may never be able to travel to Canada... Getting to watch your videos is a reprieve for me feeling so cooped up...Anyways, from the design of the home alone, I love it, and hate to see it like this 😭 I could only dream of having a home like that, having a pool like that...I hope that the pool got some use, at least...
I Always Feel Like I'm Right There Exploring With You " Ethan" 🤗 Nothing But The Best CONTENT 💯🙌 Lot's Of Love ❤️ & Blessings 🙏 From San Antonio Texas ❤️
Nice house Ethan, not sure bout the layout tho...cool bathrooms..looks pretty big, lots of ground ..ewww basements, never know what's lurking down there ,yuk...hope you enjoyed your easter and dinner with the family 👪 ..stay safe, well and happy Ethan ,always enjoy your company💋 🤗
Happy Easter Ethan! but its only October 2/23 lol ... (for me) Love the wood ceiling, different! Long house though, big beautiful framed out windows, i can imagine an awesome view in its day. I hope you enjoyed your Easter and dinner with the family! 🐰🩷
Wow what a cool house. That wooden ceiling was amazing. I imagine this was quite the nice house in its prime and before all the trashing and water damage. Makes me sad to see things so ruined. I admit the graffiti creeped me out even more than the usual profanity. I could not have gone to that basement with the creepy drawing right on the wall. Steps were nice though. Imagine how great that place would look unbroken and with all of the natural light everywhere. Peaceful setting also. Thanks Ethan for exploring on a holiday to bring us this cool house. Hope you had a great dinner with your family. Be well and safe!
Hi Ethan I like this house but I don’t like all those interior walls where you first came in. The living room is huge and so is the kitchen. I dislike basements as much as you do. This house has so much decay and paint peel tells me it’s been sitting for quite a long time. As least the people who lived there took all of their belongings. The vandals have certainly been thru. The pool must have been nice at one time. Thank you for taking us along on this cool exploration. It was interesting. Stay safe and well.👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Please be careful stepping on the fallen paint, if it’s lead paint it gets airborne when disturbed. Wear a good mask. You DONT want to breathe that crap. Love the videos as always. Peace ✌️
I wish you would were a mask so you don't get the mold in your lungs. The older home they have aspeses in them. And you very much I always injoy your video's. 😊
I would have loved to see this house in its prime and complete with matching mid century modern furniture. Thanks for another great video Ethan!

This makes me want to paint the inside of my cabinets.

Wow! What an interesting house! Way to conquer the basement - appreciate you doing that for us. 💪 Hope you enjoyed dinner with the fam. 🥰

Great explore!! Unique layout but I’m sure that was quite the home in its day. Hope you had a great Easter dinner with your family.

That might let the boogie man loose first tho

Cool 😎🆒 place it was different really nice property
This house reminds me of a Frank Lloyd Wright house.
That's really cool this house is from the sixties all that white brick everywhere makes it feel like it's from the 80s or something
Wow what a cool house. That wooden ceiling was amazing. I imagine this was quite the nice house in its prime and before all the trashing and water damage. Makes me sad to see things so ruined. Beautiful Home❤
Come on Ethan, I wanna see inside the fridges....😁
You definitely have been there!! It’s my favorite house you’ve ever done! So sad how it’s decayed since
Can you link us to the other video? Nevermind I found it 😊

@@jeanenemullins2070 ruclips.net/video/3hQxxgjoOtE/видео.html there is thee link to the first one.
Thank you!!
@@jeanenemullins2070 so very welcome 😁
I found the windows were unusual for me. Smaller ones in the middle that open.
That looked like a laundry shoot. Why would they deliver milk into the laundry room?
Love the fireplace
lol i thought it had two bathrooms to
❤ What Is Up Ethan Thank You For All You Do
This house seemed kinda spooky to me!
I've missed you Ethan!! I've been so busy I haven't had time to watch any videos. I must catch up!!!
Great house,hope u had a great Easter
That would have been one beautiful home that's one big home
Of course we enjoy your content Ethan! Peace
This didn't start out as a house. The way the layout is and the flooring, I'm betting that it was a school or something similar..
Window look funny😅
What a maze!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍
Great video Ethan
Happy Easter
Yes you have
new to me and loved it
Love to watch Your video s Ethan
I bet that was a awesome house back in the day
Do you know who the architect was???
Awesome
ceiling looks low but i know it is the color making the illusion
Two is better than one.😊
Is anyone able to post the link to the original video Ethan did of this house? Thanks!
Sup from Kentucky❤
A door in every bedroom my parents would not have had this house. LOL a really cool house though
I wish you would were a mask so you don't get the mold in your lungs. The older home they have aspeses in them. And you very much I always injoy your video's. 😊
