  • Found a cool mansion. Explored it. It was pretty neat. While editing I realized I missed a couple rooms on the second floor, but I'm just telling myself they're bedrooms and not thinking any more about it.
There’s a typo in the captions. BANG, not band. I’m not changing it. It’s funny
If you have any cool spots worth checking out, let me know.

Who leaves a beautiful place like that!?? And why do people think it’s ok to vandalize property? It’s not ok. 🤬

Because their parents never taught them any better. They don't care. That generation is going to be difficult to deal with. 😢

This mansion was beautiful in her day! Such a shame it’s been vandalized! Cool video bro! ❤️👍🤘

I can't believe it... this home was filmed just few months ago. It's the former home of Donna Summer. Some little bastards just destroyed it! My wife & I adored Donna Summer. I understand Donna & her daughters LOVED getting together & cooking in the kitchen together. They're 3 absolutely beautiful young ladies. ❤️🙏

Seemed to be a decent home before it got neglected and vandalized. Anyways.. thanks for sharing. Enjoyed the exploration 👍

So the house belonged to Donna Summer. After Donna died her husband Bruce Sudano held onto it with her other properties, then eventually sold it to a developer. The developer purchased her property & an extensive adjacent acreage to build high end homes. The bank investment group that owns this and the adjacent title to the land WON'T allow sale of the home until the property is fully developed. I was interested in purchasing the home but it isn't possible until the homes are completed. Sad because the house is seriously deteriorating. ❤️🙏

Several of your comments are incorrect. We are the development team and the owners. We are NOT allowed by the city to subdivide the property and sell it until this section of the subdivision is developed. Since this property is in the back of the overall subdivision plan, it will be several years before we get to this area. The home was still in good shape on the inside up until a few months ago when "explorers" began to post more and more videos on RUclips. We have reached out to RUclips legal department several times to have the videos taken down. The location of the property is secluded. In the last 60 days, vandals have basically destroyed the inside of the home. Due to the location of the property being exposed, the fate of the home is now in deep jeopardy. When we acquired the property directly from her husband Bruce Sudano in September of 2022, there were no plans at that time to remove the home. The home was abandoned by the family after Donna passed away in May of 2012. It was over 10 years later before we acquired it You can see in this video what vandals have done. And yes, the maker of this video did not get permission from us to be in the home. We have had several people arrested for breaking and entering, and criminal trespassing. Thank the makers of these videos for exposing the location and allowing our property to be destroyed by vandals.

@@ferraridan4883 Where there's a will there's a way. The city could be convinced to subdivide the house section with 2 acres if that's you approved overall plan knowing it's in immediate jeopardy. You as an investment group should think outside the box realizing the restored former home of Donna Summer would draw new affluent homeowners. ❤️🙏

@@ferraridan4883 Figure out a fair as is price, how you plan on dividing it (2 acres? ) in the future development and let's make a deal. I'll buy it, put it back in better than new condition, use it as our family vacation home and it could be a draw for future homes sales for you & neighbors for me. ❤️🙏

I apologize for just being plain annoying. I always wonder what kind of weak willed jerks it takes to first: not to appreciate beautiful things, and second: evil let it be known they are this somewhere.

No need to apologize for interacting. I appreciate it. I’ll forever question why people destroy these places. Natural decay does that just fine on its own and generally looks a lot cooler.
