Wow! Looks great! I was looking for a recipe to use the pie pumpkins we grew this year and this is perfect!
Thanks for your kind words. It’ll be great! 🥧
Thanks I’m going to try this
I've made pies from decoration Halloween varieties and except for them holding more water than sugar varieties, they make great pies. Drain the pumpkin in a colander after first bake or simmer in a saucepan to reduce the water before assembling the pie.
I didn’t know they were called sugar pie! That’s so cute
This looks really good! Thanks for sharing, friend! Let's stay connected!

Thanks for your thoughts! It’s fun to make fresh and you can taste the difference. 🥧
Great explanation and good videofootage! Also very well explained. As well the tips on using the seeds is great, I rarely see anyone using the punpkin so throughly like you did in your video!
Thanks so much! Yeah, I’m surprised how the seeds so often get overlooked. They must be labor intensive compared to other seeds to produce; but they certainly are easy to take out, rinse, and roast if your already opening up the pumpkin. 🎃
At what temp is your oven? To roast them.
Fabulous video, thank you for sharing
Nicely done sir
looks great. going to try your recipe this year.
This is great, thank you!
Where did you learn to cook pumpkin pie? Are you a chef???😄😆
How many pounds of pumkin you used to get the 15oz of puree?
Can I just use the spices that I already have in my house?
Hi is there anything I can use instead of cloves plz
You never said the temp to cook pumpkins lol
"Roast for 40 to 45 minutes" ... WHAT TEMPERATURE?
