Just bought one last week! My holley harness served me well for years but when you start putting big injectors and big coils on these motors they demand more robust wiring…Great review!
For those who may think Joe is just throwing big numbers... My last custom tailored harness installs. Dominator in Optima Challange C6 - 160 hrs @ 125.00 = 20k Nexus R5 Endurance raced Mini Cooper. 140 hrs @ 125.00 = 17,500
@@RonniePTexan Thanks! Unfortunately we lost our Cayman this past week at Sebring. 😡 We were running p9, driver in p7 goes into the wall and bounces back onto the track into the line of our driver. Making contact at 121.44mph! Thankfully safety equipment did its job and the driver walked away with some harness rash and a couple cracked ribs.
Got mine a few days ago, there is no comparison between the holley and hcr harnesses. The holley harness looks like you threw a bunch of bullshit in your engine bay with a careful and well thought out install the hcr harness basically disappears. For that reason alone the price was worth it for me.
You got any recommendations for anybody in Indiana or Chicago to put in a fuel system, and Terminator X, foxbody. I just want it all wired right and I don't know wiring
Just curious. What exactly did you buy from them and what did it cost. Their website refers to unterminated kits for $2200 to $2400. The harness you demonstrated is clearly not an unterminated kit. Again, just curious.
@@kennethbrooks9818 the DIY kit is tefzel, includes deutsch conectors, tools, premium heat shrink, etc.. Thats mostly what you would need to make a race spec harness, where in the video this is a much higher quality competitor to the out of the box holley harness
1. The price is showing to be $1,000 on their website. Not bad at all. 2. You *_should_* do an affiliate program with them and get a few bucks for everyone that you refer. Profit is not a dirty word, especially when the product/services are great quality. 3. Get involved with the Affiliate Marketing and connect the Affiliates here and on your websites. Everyone here buys parts. Do the Affiliate Marketing Programs with Summit, Jegs, O'Reily, AutoZone etc. If someone is going to buy parts anyway, why not have a way to support you at the same time?
I was on the pre-order sale, the harness is in rout and should be here any day. Thanks for the preview.
heck yes
i'm sure we'll see one tossed into the fairmont eventually
@@motoweenies4431 thats the plan

The cost on their website is only $1,000. Did that include everything? If so, that's a damn good deal.

By the way, you have some cool toys brother!

@@jasonbrinegar6759 Tough luck getting caught up in that wreck. Hopefully y'all get things built/rebuilt and back out there soon.
Man that harness is nice. Definitely going to look into gettin my one for my LS
Dude, I just love your videos... thats all I came here to say.... seriously, thank you!
Nice harness! I'm just about to start re-routing my holley engine harness, I think I'll pull that one out and put one of these bad boys in now.
Looks really good.

We are so happy to hear you like it!
Right? All the splices are off one lead and the cluster of shit looks terrible.
I love that you put “The Devin Harness” on the thumbnail 😂😂😂💀💀
I ALMOST added a screen shot of possibly the best Facebook reply of all time 😂😂
Omg I wonder if Devin even saw that 🤣
Devin has a great harness. Wish he would do one for FT.
He will, call him with detailed dimensions and pay the price, he will custom make it. Not cheap,
That’s really nice
There’s no way to adapt this to 6 cylinder and use gm sensors?
I mean you can adapt anything to work with anything if you really wanted to
HCR is bad ass.
That's a nice harness! I have a BP auto harness which is alot nicer than the holley.
You need to already have your Holley ECU right ?
You will need to purchase a Holley ecu separately but it doesn’t matter if you buy it before or after you buy the harness
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest thanks
Gotta stop drinking while watching youtube, 1 minute in I thought I was watching This Old Tony.

theres a listing for Plug N Play Holley harness for $1000 thats it
@@CMillet86 Thanks, Cory. I'll call them to confirm. What confuses me is why a DIY "kit" is over twice as much. I'll call.
