I would like to offer some advice from one who has been in management over 20 years, had the good fortunate of learning from phenomenal mentors and owning a business. Rethink "handling people" and "dealing with people". Think, dealing with and handling problems, situations, events, crises, etc. And communicating with people. Great video. I read the book and you've presented it perfectly.
Thank you so much, I had to read all 350 pages of the book but with limited time and the exam is tommorow. This summary has helped me understand. Thank you so much. Philosophy student- Unit on Leadership and integrity

Most of my manager are just position and selfish. They get you to help but they took the credits and they climbed up themselves. Of all the 5 level i like people development the most.Hard to find this type of leaders 😕
Interesting-sounds a very rigid framework. I am sure there are many cases of leadership personalities that have defied this. Good for selling seminars I guess. Think about this: David the son of Jesse, a fugitive, no position or title gets followed by social outcasts who recognize him as their leader.. what level, according to this framework, was that?
Great video thank you, i will be speaking about this in my podcast, you could check it out. You really helped me understand this subject. Thank you again :)
