Quick question, im confused. Why did you disconnect the air intake sensor? Most people disconnects the negative on the battery, you wouldnt need to disconnect any connectors when changing the air filter.
I got mine a few days ago, no big difference from a new stock filter. It revs more freely across the rpms and kinda knocks on startup because of the improved cfm.
A barely noticeable one in terms of hp. It'll feel like it made a huge difference but that's your brain. Short of installing an intake system(cai or short ram) this is very negligible in difference. Maybe 2-3 hp max but slightly better throttle response. Remember k&n are oil covered filters which can cause issues in the long run
@@dodgersfnshepard8673 Are you saying theres a big difference installing a cai / short ram? You think its worth the money ~$500 compared to a drop in filter ~$100?
Nico Stow Not really... If you want a better sound, choose a K&N Typhoon kit... You can watch my two other videos on the subject, I tested myself : - ruclips.net/video/O8OB-wtBEmA/видео.html - ruclips.net/video/-FCUMF6fMRU/видео.html I made comparaison before and after...

Vegard Haugo Only to have more easy to remove the air box arm... Less resistance, I didn't want to break anything... Not mandatory may be.
The sensor is in the way when putting back in the air filter, more room to play with without scuffing anything else
