It was fake guys. I'm an actor and Reality TV is highly produced. It's real in that the people in it are not trained actors and they get less than scale and sometimes no pay at all! It's also real because they say words that don't come from an actual script. But it's contrived because producers will ask you leading questions or convince of whatever in order to "produce you". They play you basically. The husband never said that but they made them say it using these methods. That's why you don't see them anymore. Why would someone take part? Publicity. Most of them have businesses that get a small boost in reach and engagement after these shows air. I'm sure Azan's gigolo business is doing amazing these days.

To this day I'm amazed that Anfisa is considered a villain when she was blatantly lied to. I'm literally drawing up a 7 year marriage contract with options to renew for another 5 years. To this day I'm amazed that Anfisa is considered a villain when she was blatantly lied to. You don't have to like sex work, sex workers, gold diggers, whatever, but Jorge obviously sought after such a woman and he wanted that fantasy. Anfisa was honest to him and he was dishonest to her. Her aggression was wrong, but people tend to get that pissed off after a huge, life altering lie. I've read comments comparing her to serial killers and I'm just mindblown how much some people want to hate the woman first and completely erase the man as the root cause of the problem...Even in case of exploited women from countries like Thailand or Vietnam, plenty of people would rather shame the young girls wanting a good life than the men who created an industry out of their financial situation.
