#5 - Did anyone else notice the weird, devil looking, guy - who is peeking out from behind the white-haired man on the right hand side of the picture, on the very end? Look right behind him & you will see. Also, right behind the dark-haired man, on the left hand side of the picture, the man at the end of the line, from the 'hooded' figure, has an apparition or some kind of ghostly mist, behind him. If you look at the black doors behind that guy, you can make out 2 faces in the door as well. Also, there is some type of mist that is on the front of the women, who is in the centers', face... right in front of her face, on her face. She is suppose to be bowing her head & praying, but her head is up in some type of trance like state. This entire picture has a shit load of eerie things, going on, all over the place. I don't like this photo. I'm not a believer of ghosts, but I do believe in demons. I would have to say that there are a lot of demons captured in this picture. (GOD have mercy on all these people's souls.)

I run a small publishing press and agreed to meet a man who had some spirit photos. I was shocked and thrilled when the collection turned out to be an album of nearly 100 unpublished William Hope images. Was too big a job for my press to do justice to but got an article on them published in Fortean Times magazine. Regardless of whether spirit photos are genuine or fraudulent, looking through the images a chill ran down my spine as there was something peculiarly eerie about them and simply as photographic art they were strangely beautiful.

About 20 years ago I was visiting a friend. She lived in an old London tenament block. While there some of her husband's relatives arrived and I took a group photo of her and four Nigerian kids in her sitting room. When the photo was developed there was a white girl dressed in turn of the century clothing standing next to one of the kids. We couldnt get our heads around it and I hadnt taken any photo's of white kids on the roll. In the end we actually burnt the photo because she was disturbed by it. Wish I had it investigated as it was very strange.

They are beautiful. I learned how to make ghost photos in my dad's darkroom by using a very small doll placed on the developing photograph, but there were plenty of undoctored photos taken around our house that had orbs, etc. The fascinating thing about it is that our house was so haunted and active that my dad tried to show me how to fake a photo in order to calm down my fears of real ghosts. It didn't work, I was usually terrified of our house, but am now a hopeful skeptic. I am open to any possibilities, but dont think it hurts to ask questions or test theories. I wish I still had those old black and white ghost photos though....

      I definitely believe in hauntings!
I also believe in bigfoot because my sister lived in Humboldt for years and told me privately about a sighting she had, and she was extremely sceptical. She said that all the old folks up there had always known about them from the Indian tribes to the loggers that came in the 1880s. I found those accounts very credible, because their stories were always private. They never told outsiders about them. Once you were family, you got to hear all the good dirt! Those forests are so weird and primeval to me, I have always been uncomfortable in woods and stick to beaches now.

These old pictures like no.4 are the first fake ghost pictures. You needed do pose a long time for a picture because it "burned" into the paper used for Portraits. If someone walks between the camera and a person sitting still it will look like fog. If you only pose for a few seconds it will not "burn" your body on the paper. That's the reason why it looks like a ghost.

Just pointing out that the model of Polaroid shown in the video wasn't the one that automatically ejected the photo. You snapped the picture, manually pulled the film strip out, and set a timer that was provided on the side if the camera. When time was up, you peeled the developed photo off of the film.
For this reason, it technically MAY possible to take a double exposure with this model.

The pig is doing the slapping ; so the cute slapped ham pig mascot should have a name. You should have a contest were your viewers decide this. I think his name should be “Abraham Hamilton “ that name seems to have that real pork feel to it.

There's a pic of a ghostly hooded figure next to an alter that I have seen in books long before the internet. The ghostly figure is in a black hooded robe and has a white face covering with two holes for the eyes.

Totally had to go “wth” on #2, was looking at the photo and listening to you saying it could of been a knight or priest, and I literally said “it could of been a cleaning woman’ and the next thing I heard was that being parroted back at me ! 🤔

One creepy thing that happened to me was when I was 14 years old. I was cycling as darkness was closing in & there was no one around. As I passed a ruined old (16th century) castle, I heard numerous male voices shouting in an alarmed tone. I heard one shouting: "FIRE"! But when I looked across, there was no one to be seen. I then pedalled faster than I ever had in my life!

Back in the early 1900's, wasn't even getting a decent photo hard enough? It seems weird that anybody would alter photos so long ago, before the media would pay for them, but I guess trickery has always existed? Cool photos no matter what!
