This mentality is worrying from our fans. You should want what is best for the club. Rooney came here with a shite win ratio an ego the size of the rotunda and with two of his mates who look like they don't want to be here. He has totally ruined the brilliant relationship Eustace had with the players and the fans. Is it now common practise to throw your players under the bus every week if they have a bad game. The players we have are good players who have proven they can win games. Yes, they are limited when it comes to being adaptable but play to their strengths FFS. If Eustace was still in charge we'd still be in shot of the play offs. Everything was going in the right direction...things were looking up . Now we are flirting with relegation. No one wanted Rooney and his expensive chums to come in ..but they came anyway. Cook has got a lot to answer for. Admit your mistake Cook and get rid of this negative that has been added to our club. With regards to Cardiff, we faced them when they had a really bad off day, and we dont normally get that lucky. It wasn't down to Rooney for sure... Cardiff were really poor that day.
Sad to say but i think if Rooney stays we go down.
However, it may be the only way to get rid of Rooney (as he probably has a clause in his contract regarding that).
He won't resign as he wouldn't get his tidy severance package.
Can't see any half decent players wanting to join a relegation battle in January.. only players that nobody else wants.
I think Eustace would have got us a mid table finish with no fear of relegation.
However, dont get me wrong on this but i think relegation could be just the thing we need. It will clear the dross (management and players).. ok we will lose James etc but we can start afresh like other teams have done and come back.

I don’t believe respect must be earned. Your default position should be respecting other people… but I’m not sure this applies to an arrogant man who has conducted his life the way Rooney has. Cheating on his wife with pensioners (allegedly) is probably the high point, but his generally aggressive demeanour is hardly endearing.
