    I ordered this faucet from Amazon several weeks ago, and when it arrived the box was missing both the stainless steel check valves and the brass hose adaptor. I contacted Grohe through their US website a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. I couldn’t be more disappointed by the poor service, and as the hose adaptor isn’t a simple generic part I can’t replace it myself, so I’m sitting here with a $500 paperweight. Thanks, Grohe.

    The hose is to big for my lock off valve. Is there an adapter to help with this problem

    If the supply pipes are leaking or need replacing, how do go about doing that, how can we remove the gold/copper cylinder covering the pipes?

    I just wasted money in buying this faucet. It will not work after 24 hours of installation. The valve somehow will not close and the water keep coming 🤷🏾‍♂️

    This is the worse garbage ever the way he shows to tighten it to the couter top so easy is bs its moving u need to put some back bone to it and socket wrench

      I have the same problem with that plastic piece of work what they call "quickfit plus". I contacted those cowboys, but they refuse to take any responsibility, they even don't reply. Seems so typical to them.
