These are absolutely wonderful DIY videos and some of the best out there. Love that Liz works Barefoot!!! They are well produced, great lighting, wonderful close ups and only the necessary clips. They provide an easy to read list of materials then they list the steps in clear text so you can read it then they demonstrate it. Textbook Instructional Videos.

I ❤️ you guys and have watched all your videos. I have to say that what makes everyone is your puppy! Coming from a woman who has met her man, got a pup shortly after in 2000. Now, 17 yrs have past, we are now married and Chopper (the pup we adopted then) is 17 yrs old. Ya guys remind me of us. So cute! But since our baby is so old. Can u make a video of a bed with the sides a lot lower?? He can’t climb over anything much these days. But he still has a lot of spunk! Love you’s! 😊
Thanks for the kind words! We actually considered having a cut out on the bed. You can make this bed as is and take a jigsaw to cut out a portion so your pup can get through. Or possible make it without the base? Hope this helps!

I'm not a "professional" by any means, but cutting wood with powerful tool with no shoes on, that's a new concept for me. I'm surprised your hair didn't get caught in the blade... I am afraid to mention safety glasses. "Easy DIY" projects are often confused with reckless, no common sense bravery. This video is simply dangerous from educational perspective as it ignores all safety precautions. You don't need to be a professional to be safe.

I’m curious why the bottom wasn’t one piece? Did you wood glue those together? I guess for your smaller dog weight it might not matter, but maybe I missed something. I definitely want to try to make one for my Frenchie
Standard dimensional lumber typically only goes as wide as 1"x12" so we needed to use two boards to make it wider
