I wish I could arm wrestle. I have an issue with brachioradialis or surrounding tissue from doing pullups and cant trust it.. General workouts are all I can trust to not rip something off the bone. I use to have natural raw strength here... Just needed the technical work..

Can you imagine what Devon had to go through just to keep weight on for Levan? Looks like he’s lost 10-15 kilos without trying. Makes me wonder if he’s got some underlying health issues to be honest, with his taking a break and all.
Unfortunately Devon has got very high metabolism so it's difficult for him to gain weight hence he does lot's of dirty bulking especially sugar when he needs to put weight which doesn't help much tho

Think the Only way Devon can increase he's weight is through increasing muscle mass & upping he's cycle & giving he's body 2-3 yrs instead of fluctuating he's weight up & down tho
