I see months and months have gone by and he still hasn't answered if, or when the bezel will be available. Looks like he gave up on it. Although it would have been nice if he had the decency to answer. He also doesn't respond to emails either. Which is to bad, it looks like an excellent product, but horrible customer service, for interested customers!

biggy5567 normally RUclips isn't a great medium for customer support. If you were truly interested, he has a Web page with contact information specifically designed for product queries. perhaps had you gone that route, you too would have received prompt reply.
Well, I did go that route, on two separate occasions over a year ago. The first time I got a response saying that there was no set release date but it should be soon. Then months later I tried again, and never heard anything back at all, and that was about a year ago. So once again, perhaps your customer service experience a few days ago was good, as for the rest of us, we have been waiting over a year with 0 customer service. And by the way, what was so great about your experience? Did you get the product? Did it work as expected for you? Is it even available yet???? Is there even a release date for it yet??? Just because someone responds to your email, doesn't mean that their customer service is good. Saying such a thing makes it sound like a shill (or that you are somewhat involved with the company. A good customer services experience means you got the product, needed to contact the seller for one reason or another, and then they were able to resolve your problem in a timely manner to your satisfaction. But emailing them and having them tell you it will be available soon, is not "customer service". That is the same answer I have been hearing for over a year now, does that sound "good" to you? Maybe you should Actually get the product (if it ever does come out), and then talk to me about their customer service. But right now, they have 0 customer service, and 0 customers for that matter, because it STILL isn't even ready yet.
biggy5567 our dealings aren't any business of yours but yes I obtained far more information than the knowledge "it's coming out soon". you have to remember in the teal world things always don't go to plan. perhaps there are extraneous reasons for the delay. perhaps he didn't receive your correspondence due to the IP conflicts between China and NA. just try to cheer up a little.
