I imagine if he had said, I'm off another yacht in the show and my owner is thinking of an upgrade and sent me over to video everything, then the tour would have been a lot more leisurely and possibly involved champagne.

    • @fasst27
      @fasst27 5 лет назад +11

@@_Mentat Nobody believes anything at boat shows. I worked the Ft. Lauderdale last year and I've heard everything. Anything from I'm looking to buy to I'm friends with the owner... people trying to get on the big yachts and take selfies. He just needed to ask to speak to the engineer for a tour. Deckies or stews get stuck with tours and are instructed to move along at a certain pace. Engineers are typically more free.

While your guide tried to act like he felt bad that it was rushed, his actions looked more like someone who thought you were going to “key his car”. 🤣😂 You did a great job trying to show your viewers everything you possibly could in such a rushed situation. Thanks for getting us on to these boats, it's much appreciated and very interesting. Personally this boat doesn't do a lot for me...the military styling, and the interior (apart from the lovely marble flooring and stairs) seems stark and like an upmarket chain hotel, rather than an individual boutique style...but that's subjective. Loved the glimpse of a nice spec 550 Maranello! Looking forward to the next instalment.

Hey, Thanks for the great video. As I have been watching these videos I have been wondering about the owners privacy. With all the cameras on the larger yatchs, does the owner have a way to turn off the camera say looking over the Hot tube or in a salon or seating area of the vessel? You know if one of owners contract escorts or models is visiting they may wish not to be on cctv. I know some yatchs have a privacy light for hot tube and seating area outside owners quarters where they have a walk out onto the bow area. The light lets crew and other guest know the owner or primary wish not to have company. With all the cameras I would hope there is a way to ensure they could be turned off, or do most owners not dont care one way or the other? Thanks buddy your videos are great and like your beautiful car. I get a kick out of your laugh as you drive in tunnels, its like a kid on christmas day LOL very cool

Nice boat. Many LCD displays refresh at 60Hz, setting camera to 30 or 60 FPS may reduce flicker captured in your recordings.
No need for a tender if you have a helicopter!

A question: do crew act snottier the bigger the vessel they crew on?

Thank you for this great video tour. Maybe BOLD replaces SKAT.? SKAT has the same military design, the name is also short, same windows. Can you find out? BOLD has a great plain / bold design, nice interior color for the hallways. What I don’t like so much is the design of the suites. All the rest is awesome.

You mentioned how the profile of the front crane can look like a gun or something. I'm wondering how many of the crew are typically licensed to carry a side-arm, or just licensed for locked up weapons. With something this big and valuable it would seem silly not to have licensed security onboard. I understand some port destinations prohibit weapons, so what is the exception?

That guy should of had more understanding. If I were a multi millionaire I would prefer to watch eSysman on RUclips for ideas, and I would place an order for a yacht as you get to see and understand the boat far better, with an honest review....
Better luck on the next one, BOLD my favourite so far...come on euromillions 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

From around 1.12 the wooden deck including the grey on the steps, the stairs look like it’s been drawn & coloured like on a highly skilled animation. I rewound it 4 times to have another look.
I do know it will be real wood though.

I had to do a screenshot of the stairs around 2.22, I’d still be convinced that they were highly skilled animation and still pictures.
I would have completely missed the two because I’d be looking at them 😂 it makes me want to reach in & touch them…not socially acceptable but …🤷🏼‍♀️

All those stair & corridor lights would confuse my brain. I’m disabled so not great at walking now & I think I’d feel anxious about missing my footing because the lights confused me & I stepped on the wrong bit.
I did break bones from falling, technically I blacked out, on stairs too.
Thanks for taking me on your tour, it was very interesting. I was intending watching a documentary about spies…watching one of your videos, the latest one turned into watching several 😂

Great tour ESysman, I know if you weren't so rushed, you would have not had so much camera shake or panning around so quick, But in all great video. It was like a real ship feel compared to superyachts that feel more like luxury hotels. It's hard to even imagine that all that technology in 40-50 years will be so obsolete and that it could have been scrapped. Its a crying shame these billionaires only live 85 years like us and have to leave it all behind LOL..
