  • Welcome to our first Official HARS video. Please meet our magnificent fleet -- well, some of 'em, anyway -- of close to 50 historic aircraft at our unique museum at Albion Park, 100 kms south of Sydney, Australia, many still operational and both commercial and military. You'll be hearing much more about our incredible aircraft collection and the devoted volunteers maintaining them in coming episodes.
Pride of place goes to "Connie" -- our Lockheed C-121C Super Constellation -- whose arrival in Australia in 1996 after four years of restoration work in the Arizona Desert boosted the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS) into what it is today.
Enjoy the video. LIKE & SUBSCRIBE, COMMENT and consider a DONATION to this all-volunteer non-profit organisation.

A wonderful collection of aircraft, those flying and also the static ones at Albion Park, well worth a visit.

Great collection of some splendid aircrafts. My father flew a Fokker biplane fighter in the mid 1920’s, so I grew up with stories about how wonderful Fokkers were. Thus, I am kind of partial to any Fokkers I see. :-) Love the Constellation, too. Such a pretty airplane. The 747 is an amazing donation from Qantas. If I ever visit Australia, your museum will be at the top of my list.

Wonderful collection with so many aircraft still airworthy, I am curious to know where the F 27 Friendship was obtained from. Surprised it is the only airworthy one in Australia.
