The birthday Joyce was coy about was her 81st. Loved her in The Cedar Tree and playing Patrick's mother in Father Dear Father.
Yes! The Cedar Tree. Joyce was wonderful in that. A low budget, but utterly compelling, series due to the wonderful acting.
She lived to a ripe old age too (94)
