I wanted to play something that's been changed for 2.7. Wind druid, Fire traps, idk haven't made up my mind.
I won't be participating in season 4. I'm still trying in vain to get to lvl99 on hardcore in single player. I wish all of you the best drops though. :D
Cannot make up my mind. Played a mosaic sin season 3. Can't decide between fire druid, fire trapsin or wind druid. What do you guys suggest?

This video was exactly what I was looking for! What would you say are the best ladder start budget builds for 2.7? If cow farm is what you recommend farming maybe what are the top 5 builds for clearing P1-P4 hell cows in 2.7?
Hey, fire trap sin with death sentry is really good for early cows runs (+ you have burst of speed). A fissure/volcano/geddon druid will also melt anything in cow lvl but you need to shop a tele staff or find naj staff to get leg faster. Javazon is OP of course, hammerdin/any sorc is ok too. Good luck! (and don't forget harmony bow on switch!)

If you want to gear up after ladder do NM cows. Yes top of the line gg wont drop but its way better than the trash you'll be wearing. Its alot easier and faster to kill and alot of the gg charms can drop there. Then you can trade them for better gear too.

Do terror area runs specially on crowded map. Even in NM when you are high level. I got lucky and get the harleq helm and some med runes (UMs) from fast Terror NM Catacomb runs.
i confirm - recently JAH dropped from cows :) I'm playing low gear trap assa. Corpse explosion and mind blast are just amazing :D
when the game first was released i didnt find any high runes in months. Ist from countess and Gul from HF quest were the highest. big pain. after a year i picked up playing again at the end of S3 and found 2 jah 1 ber 1 vex within a couple of days in hell cows. i didnt count the runs but it must be something around 75 runs

I remember when I first leveled a sp javazon into hell. Farmed bishibosh cause waypoint was right at him.
Actually never played blizzard sorc. Is it really that good at the start? Or is nova better? Or any other?
Blizzard is better for killing bosses, nova is better for clearing density. It depends on what you want to do. I plan on going nova, getting my sunder and crescent moon as fast as possible, and then clearing terror zones/cows/key farming/pits. Blizzard is probably easier to get going, since you require less gear, and you can always build wealth by just moat tricking Mephisto....But with nova, you don't really need much to be able to clear players 1 anything, either.
Blizzard is better because you can clear p7+ content about as quickly as p1; that’s the value the build provides. It requires a high enough level to seriously synergize Blizzard with a mid-high level Cold Mastery and exactly 1 sunder charm to get going in Hell. Perfect first build if MF is the goal.
Bliizzards main advantage is that it deals a decent amount of damage while being pretty mana and faster cast independent. Early targeted boss farming and tunnels are its strong suit. Plus once you get your hands on a cold sunder, you can (despite the nerf) kill immunes at a reasonable speed, while light+fire desperatly need -res on gear to do that. Its biggest downside is the weird hitbox which is especially painful if youre playing with a controller. Nova on the other hand plays insanely well with a gamepad, and far surpasses blizzard at quickly killing masses of trashmobs and elitepacks. Plus there are way less troublesome lightning immunes when doing a playthrough. Its downside though is killing bosses, gonna chuck a ton of mana pots until you have your meditation aura and 2k+ mana.

Prior generations had a concept known as ‘selling out’ and were heavily against it. Solid chance the man who voiced this character 23 years ago was a part of that generation.

Hey, thanks ! If you play on softcore, you don't really need max block (aim for 30-40%block) & yes, rest into energy (energy shield + telekinesis maxed if you can, try to precast energy shield with memory runeword). You will probably have a insight merc as well so you will be quite tanky! GL

@ilovemf is Eth mancatcher best base for infinity?
Best dps bases are CV and CA, if we're assuming andy face + either fortitude or treachery, its been mathed through. Mancatcher is largely overrated in that regard. It has its purpose, for an insight merc with cure helm and coh armor, thats what a Self-Infy Nova sorc would ideally use. Since you dont have the 35ias from andyface+socket, CA and CV hit fairly slow and open up the oppurtunity for your merc to get pummeled before refilling himself.
Not really, eth thresher, CA/CV are better if you can reach a good "frames per attack" (you can check how much IAS your merc needs here - www.d2anya.com/article-62-diablo-2-items-diablo-ii-attack-speed-calculator )
funy.. we talk about starting a season and you are doing cows run with a nearly fully equiped java....
For casual player this will not apply for a few weeks or going buy stuff from others

Hi, i'm stucked in Hell. too many Immunities and MERC dies ALWAYS. I'm lvl 66 and seems i don't even do enough damage. I have a trapsin. Is COW LVL NM also valid to gear up at this stage?

How many runs per hour can you do on a low geared fresh zon?
Expect 4-5min per run. Try to get as much %frw as possible, damage won't be a problem, just pack cows a bit.

I found shako yesterday on cows. I feel like so did everyone else because ppl trading them for ist rune.
j'ai jamais trouvé de ber ou de jah, ou rien au dessus de gul en fait, par contre j'ai trouvé une zod, c'est la seule high rune que j'ai trouvé sur d2r, mais aussi il y'a 20 ans sur l'ancien d2, et au même endroit, lower kurast sur un mob.
La plus rare des runes, c'est fou ton histoire^^ gros GG 👍
Btw is the blue jav really better than Thunderstroke ? I always liked maxing out on penetration than flat damage for some reason

Been playing Diablo solo for 20 years...lol. People come, people go. Not many bad interactions I can remember from the diablo community BUT I didn't ever PVP except Ironman competitions

i feel like like rng is just a fickle mistress in 20 years ive never really found a damn thing in cows but i know alot of people have luck with it. just like sweet phil saying he never finds anything at trav. thats were i usually aways get my runes from. If i did nothing but cows id never progress at all lol
Are you talking about trav on nightmare or on hell? I played D2 for years and have played D2R off and on since launch, but never got high end gear and never beat hell. Many characters I played got through nightmare fairly easily, but then hit a wall in Act 1 hell. Once you beat nightmare, what exactly do you do?

Hey, it's not my monitor (It's from google & i edited it a little bit) but yes, i'm french. WW barb + find item would be a better choice (throw barb needs great gear to shine)

That's what I tought for throw barb, but I read the opposite.. I hesitate between zerker and WW. The zerker with the fear control can easily run pindle/shenk/the other near shenk and even nilhatak I think. But the leveling will be slow as fuck without a team !

I created a barbarian zerk and the first hours after finishing the campagne week hard.. but now with a weapon it's able to do pit ans terrorized zone.
I dropped a io at forge quest like the 3 previous reset.

Or you can do hydra sorc . You gather a few topazes along the way socket them into helm and armor, get urself a gull dagger or alibaba and spam mephisto.

Bro season 3 I did a Trav running WW Barb level 91. GF, MF, Find item horking 75% chance. I didn't find a single HR rune and I'm still salty as fuck about it. My best drops was a storm shield and ormus robes +3 fireball. It seemed like a no brainer that I'd for sure get some HR's but nope very disappointing for my results.
@@ShutoStriker I did a standard zerker for Trav farming as I got a very lucky LO early in Season 3. I did a lot of runs, but had several Sur runes, Lo, Ohm, etc. It did start very slowly, but I just bashed my head at it until I got the RNG work in my favor. It helps if you have something playing on the side - a movie or a stream you like. Otherwise the lack of drops can crush your soul.. but in the end it is a very decent place to farm. Just mix it with some other more involved content like cows/dia/baal runs, etc on a more fun to play char ;)

Let's say you're quite fast and do a cow run in 5 min. 2800 runs = 233 hours of play time (almost 10 days of pure gaming). Just doing the same thing over and over... o.O
in 1.5 year, it's ok ;o (and a run takes 3min, 2min with nova sorc) then i also farmed a lot of other areas.

How can I run two games of d2r? I used to sandbox in LoD but heard it doesn't work in d2r
@@KyleScott I've got 3 screens, I shrink the extra 2 clients running to the smallest size possible in windowed mode. I name my games on my main account something that's easy to increment when creating new games for example;
game 1 name: mangg1
game 2 name: mangg11
game 3 name: mangg111
instead of
game 1 name: mangg1
game 2 name: mangg2
game 3 name: mangg3
so it's faster to join new games on alt accounts. All of this adds an extra 2 seconds or so, so it's not that bad.

not that im against the hustle here as it's a nice display but with 0 gear starting a new ladder you're not doing 147 cow runs an hour, thats almost one run every 2.45 minutes....
Oh, HR didn't mean "hour" but "high rune" mate. It took me 8 hours to do 200 runs with a fully geared java. (expect 5 min per run with a low geared zon)

There's pretty much a zero percent chance you found enigma, phoenix, griff, tri res boots, soj, arach, mana leach 2/20 gloves, 2/20 ammy, and 5/40s in only 200 cow runs. That's insane. I've done way more than 200 runs and don't have most of that gear.
I used my non-ladder char, that's why! It took me the whole season to get this gear (this video is just an example of what you can expect if you do 200 cow runs on ladder)
Why are you assuming he found all of that gear in 200 cow runs? He never said that.

I often start with in a public game until we reach baal hell & then i play solo (so i can make videos without people chatting, joining or leaving game etc...)
