This the Vedic maths which is way to solve arithmetic operations by a method developed in ancient India . I also know some ways of Vedic maths used by her and I can also do mental abacus.
The late shakuntala devi was and is one of india's brightest mathematicians....... Love from India matt and molly☺☺
not of india
of world
@@divyanshbhamu2941 agreed
She's known as the human computer because she could calculate answers faster than the computers we had at the time. Just Recently a Film based on her came out named "Shakuntla Devi"
Not only this she even calculated the 23rd root of a 201 digit number in 50 seconds
She's faster than calculator 💯
she was guinness records holder. faster thn computer that time. she was illiterate . never been to school.
Hey she was not illiterate
She was not illiterate, she just could not have formal education. She started doing calculation programs in schools and other stages at the early age.
What about Nilkhant bhanu and himmat Bhardwaj
She is known as the human calculator in INDIA 😇😇😇
Not in India. In the World..
There is movie named shakuntala Devi it's recently released on Amazon prime video i think it's movie on her life you should watch the trailer of it.
thats from olden times..thats why they have those type calculators 😁😁😁
She is known as human computer and human calculator. And no one break her records. She is math calculating genius. She is pure God Gifted. At just 10 years old, she taught math to her school math master.....
Oh God!!.... I feel so good when people praise india.... Bcz we r quite underrated..... So i kinda feel proud.... ☺☺
She made world record by multiplying 2 13 digit no in 28 seconds.
She was right...
The computer was wrong....🙂
Im from india and im proud to say that i always got 0.I was very consistent. And im proud of it.
There was a man called shrinivas ramanujan.. He was on the whole different level.
And he was from india too..
.
Well 0 was discovered by indian astronomer aryabhatta so I think indians are really good at maths.
Bhanu Prasad (indian) is known as 'the world's fastest human calculator' as he beat the record of Shakuntala Devi(indian).
She is known as the human calculator in the world . Love from India
Watch "The man who know infinity" its bridish movie. He is the father of Maths in India. He invented so many formula's and still they are trying to derive. movie came in 2017.
yeah because before he was born no one ever did any math in india. fuck aryabhatt, Varahmihir brahmgupta.... insert eye roll here. Ramanujan was brilliant. No doubt about that. But what with this "father" title?
@@thehawkseye3412 what you say about Aryabhatta ? Without him their will be no computer language, binary coding and software and no internet system , fuck you
@Ashwin Singh Yes and thank you. 3 out 4 people here fail to recognize the irony.
@@thehawkseye3412 bhramagypta is known as the one who invented 0..so without him numbers would have been limited to 0
@@pranavsingh6395 Yes and no. That's was the point and why I called out OP for calling Ramanujan father of maths. But..
We had numbers, 1 to 9 and a blank space was used for zero before Brahmgupta. These decimal number system is also given by India not just zero.
Inventing and using zero enabled us to deal with large numbers easily. We also count on sections of fingers so on each hand we count up to 14 to 19 unlike western people who used on fingers and needed toes to count more than 10.
Earlyyyy ✌️ anyway I really love your videos ❣️ keep going
Now pls react on the Man who knew infinity trailer .... another mathematical genius from India..
In the mere time of asking them which way she should write...she calculated whole thing in her brain...STUPENDOUS!!
She still holds the Guinness book of world records for fastest human calculater..
Teacher: calculators are not allowed
She walks out of room..
Underrated comment

Even more
She gave Answer for a problem faster than computer so she named as Human Computer
India has a history with mathematics.Zero was discovered in India and it lead to binary number system.Without binary numbers there are no computers.Earlier Romans have Roman number system which is very tough for calculations,Arabs while trading in India saw people using 0-9 numbers and introduced it to Europe.Recently another Indian won the human computer and he is Neelakanta Bhanu Prakash. What Shakuntala Devi achieved is unbelievable and she is a real human computer.
A film is already made o Shakuntala Devi. You can check it out on amazon prime.

Shakuntala Devi is a Human Calculator, She is recorded in GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORD...
Ramanujan (who found the solution for the problem -> The Sum of all rational integers as -1/12) used to say that his goddess Saraswati, the Hindu goddess of knowledge, spoke to him in his dreams when he used to sleep. He would literally sleep in his village temple apart from spending most of his waking hours there. He actually discovered a+ib maths -> imaginary numbers.
By the time he had travelled to US and joined Princeton, I think, if I'm not mistaken, he had written some 8 to 10 volumes in math which he showed to his professors.
