How did they design and install a water based system in this plant? That is decades old suppression methods. Chemical agent fire systems designed specifically to handle toxic chemicals are more expensive, but offer far greater benefits than water based systems. Not sure how this buildings fire suppression system passed code inspections...

They updated the levels of which they’re consider safe. They increased what the levels are so they can technically tell you the truth by the rules THEY put in place. I absolutely wouldn’t trust them. Even the workers are blindly following orders.
