I’ve done the exact same thing! I happened to the Jack rise Kruse podcast with Danny Jones on a flight home from Spain - exactly after wondering why the sunny environment made me feel so good! Amazing stuff and so powerful.
Great interview. Thank you for that. However there is a couple of time the guest has something want to say but the host didn’t notice it and just change the topic. No big deal, but hope the host will pay attention more next time.
I try to ask the questions I’ve written down for the interview. Those questions are based on what I believe you’d benefit the most from. The direction can always be steered by the guest as well, but when it isn’t, I must decide where to go. I hope that explains it. Thank you for being here my friend.
Holy hell This will help me so much As someone who was born at 6months (3 months premature) My eyes didnt fully develop , now I have a prescription of -14D Hopefully I improve it before too late Jonny always coming in clutch ❤
Curiously there are studys that show that exposure to sunlight (not direct in the eyes nor the face) in early years of development improves eyesight. Is clear that, that is the reason for many people to suffer from bad eyesight and require glasses, due to lack to that exposure in early years. Obviously depending on the zone or skin tone, sunscreen is a must unless sun is taken before 10 am and after 4pm
Not only that but our distance vision muscles are severely underused today because of all the time spent indoors and reading/watching close up. This causes an imbalance in the eye muscles which blurs your far vision. It is reversible if you just do the opposite of what got you there tho, that is getting sunlight and using your far vision regularly. Btw dont promote sunscreen its bad for you.
@ExcellentHealth Interesting, could you explain why you prefer TRLCD technology like the daylight computer has over e ink? Im planning to get one of them but not sure which is overall healthier TRLCD still has alot higher refresh rate and still emits light. E ink has much lower refresh rate and emits no light at all
From what I understand, the daylight computer doesn't have a flicker, doesn't emit light unless you want to use it that way, and is endorsed by Dr. Jack Kruse. If Kruse approves it, a multitude of factors that we haven't even thought about have been accounted for.
Hey thanks for your contributions. Upon this conversation of the effects of light, what bulbs do you use for your room? Would like to investigate and pick some up.
How about TV's? Is there a way to clear out the blue and green lights at some degree? I know PC monitors have a RGB menu to take out those, but TV's, not so sure about that. Meanwhile I am going to tweak f.lux to be as red as possible dring night time and also just installed Twilight on my phone. I think this will upgrade the light environment I am in. What do you use in your devices? (EDIT: I have seen there is free version of Iris, that may be better than f.lux. Maybe this Iris version is better than f.lux, testing is the way to go) Great interview by the way!
How are you doing it now with sunlight exposure now winter has come in europe.( I myself see more on blue light digids thsn in the summer how about you?)
This is off-topic but i'll ask anyways. I always cook my meat slightly in order to warm the whole piece through because I hate cold meat. If i'm simply searing the outside (without blackening) and not much more I am basically eating raw meat and getting all the same benefits as you correct?
Yes pretty much 90percent ; I eat about 5 pastureised a day Would love to eat more But somethings will still be missing Have to eat fruits have to eat some bone marrow(bone broth) And preferably drink milk for extra calories
Question. I had IOL lens replacement 2 years ago. And I’ve currently learned about how important uv is for your eyes. And blue light blocking is critical. With my new lenses having uv protection in them.. I’m now understanding I may have a long term problem.. Do I need to reverse this procedure? And are blue blockers effective with these new lenses? Thank you
You absolutely need to reverse the procedure. You either do that or you move to a high UV environment like Mexico and you spend a lot of time outside. Blue light from the sun is critical. You only want to block it from artificial sources.
Hej again. How are you ? :) listen. would u know any grass fed beef business that sell in croatia i cant seem to find anything for my home country, and i dont think ill have much luck for looking around the area without a car..much tnx..i buy butcher market meat still not grass fed so must have bad stuff in it and i dont wanna eat that everyday..tnx man..happy holidays
I have no idea as I don't live on Croatia. However, it is generally easy to find high quality animal foods in eastern Europe. Take a look at Google Maps and I think you'll find something good.
@ExcellentHealth mmmh, interesting, it seems that it's not the same as purple. Although I could probably get the same color from blue and a bit of red. I use RGB LED lighting. Not the same frequency tho. How is it not worse than blue? It's almost UV. That cant be good
The fact that this light is being allowed, pushed, and non-toxic light is being outlawed is criminal, it's clearly set up in a way to hurt us. I doubt it's done from ignorance, but that the "people" in power know very well what they are doing, and that they want to harm us on purpose
Cmon just drop it now. Why I gotta wait 4 days
It makes me very happy to see your commitment to health.
It is here now
Just stumbled into this conversation.. I’ve been down the rabbit hole with Jack Kruse over the last month.. this is a critical conversation.. thanks

Excellent interview and very helpful information, thank you
Thank you for being here my friend
Watching this at 3AM, TV on, blue light on phone on 😅
Makes me sad to hear. Please take care of yourself my friend.

Thank you for sharing. As for the replies, shade and clothes are far better than sunscreen.
Very informative,thank you.
Great interview and very important tpoic
Can you do a video about sun gazing? Such a fascinating topic.
@@Tanya-lp6rq Sunlight video goes over it
@ExcellentHealth I watched it. It was a brilliant interview. I always want to know more. Thank you for this channel and you.
Thank you for being here and caring about health.
Just finished watching. Gotta know more about violet light
Have you looked into colored E-ink screens? They emitt virtually no blue light at all and the newer generation are pretty fast
There certainly better than most devices. The daylight computer is the best.
@ExcellentHealth Interesting, could you explain why you prefer TRLCD technology like the daylight computer has over e ink? Im planning to get one of them but not sure which is overall healthier

What do you think about canned foods like canned beef/tuna? How much damage will it inflict to the health?
You'll be eating metal and preservatives, so it's your choice.
Hey thanks for your contributions. Upon this conversation of the effects of light, what bulbs do you use for your room? Would like to investigate and pick some up.
The most accessible is red LED's. Incandescents and UVA lamps are also good.
How about TV's? Is there a way to clear out the blue and green lights at some degree? I know PC monitors have a RGB menu to take out those, but TV's, not so sure about that.

Get the glasses from Aliexpress and cover your body. I avoid artificial lights at all times.
@@ExcellentHealth will do, thanks!
What type of light bulbs should you buy
incandescent bulbs have the most natural light or halogen if you can't find them.
this is why i like having dark mode on all my devices, i hate the bright white light. dark mode is better.
How are you doing it now with sunlight exposure now winter has come in europe.( I myself see more on blue light digids thsn in the summer how about you?)
I block it all out. Further, a health practitioner cannot help others unless he can master the most difficult of environments.
Can you do a video about body odor/pheromones
is aztec clay mask once a week good for skin ? i have alot of blackheads
Yes it's fine
Natural Violet light does, but artificial violet certainly does not. It destroyed my eye sight.
Of course. Ultimately, it is sunlight that provides all these benefits. However, we can map out what wavelength does what.
@ExcellentHealth Can I reverse myopia through UV from the sun ?
You can certainly improve it
How do you deal with living in a dark country in the nordics ?
A health practitioner cannot help others unless he can master the most difficult of environments. My interviews with Kruse are a great starting point.
This is off-topic but i'll ask anyways. I always cook my meat slightly in order to warm the whole piece through because I hate cold meat. If i'm simply searing the outside (without blackening) and not much more I am basically eating raw meat and getting all the same benefits as you correct?
If the inner temperature doesn't go above a cow's body temperature, yes.
Do you think you can get most of your nutrients from raw egg yolks ? Like 10 to 20 a day.
Yes pretty much 90percent ; I eat about 5 pastureised a day
Would love to eat more
But somethings will still be missing
Have to eat fruits
have to eat some bone marrow(bone broth)
And preferably drink milk for extra calories
@OmSharma-l9c thanks😊
You can get many of them from raw egg yolks. However, you need other foods as well.
@@ExcellentHealth Okay thanks 😊
They're my main source since im only 15 and still living with my parents. And they definetly will not accept me eating raw animal products.
Does making the screen red help?
Of course it does. Red screen means you're predominantly getting red light.
Pleaseee don’t make me wait for this
I'm grateful for your enthusiasm my friend, but I thought it would be nice for it to air on a weekend when people are free.
@@ExcellentHealth nah cuhh jus drop it😭🤣🙏🙏

What should night shift workers do?
They should quit their job
i have milia, is that a detox?
yes
There's no violet light. Violet or magenta are a mix of red and blue minus the green.
Please take a look at the electromagnetic spectrum
@ExcellentHealth mmmh, interesting, it seems that it's not the same as purple. Although I could probably get the same color from blue and a bit of red. I use RGB LED lighting. Not the same frequency tho. How is it not worse than blue? It's almost UV. That cant be good
@trollmcclure1884 what determines the type of light is the wavelength of the light, not the color you see. UV doesn't affect the circadian clock.
When is the semen retention video. ?
It has already been made
Criminal.
Elaborate if you'd like
The fact that this light is being allowed, pushed, and non-toxic light is being outlawed is criminal, it's clearly set up in a way to hurt us. I doubt it's done from ignorance, but that the "people" in power know very well what they are doing, and that they want to harm us on purpose
What gives me hope about this topic is that it's very easy to protect oneself. However, with RF, pollution, and food access, it's much harder.
