Could you perhaps do a separate video to cover the different SA beach and rock species of fish most often fished for, and what hook size is best for each ?

Late reply - very good question ! Since no one has replied, here's just my thoughts, since I've never tried it, but had the same idea : I think you can, since in all of these videos where they build these well constructed baits, it's mostly done with almost frozen bait anyway (as we all usually take to the beach, the stuff is often still 80 % frozen !). The only possible (if any) downside I see is lack of freshness, possibly affecting smell - this may be overcome by dipping it in baitsauce before casting ? Even better : Prepare it with a Dingle Dangle, complete with hook, leader line and swivel, then it's really just clip on sinker and cast !
