Not sure where you are from. But this is extremely wealthy living for most people. The fact you can even get those quality of building supplies around Costa Rica is mind boggling.
When I see queen sized beds my first thought is the rooms are too small for a king sized bed. Isn’t that what most adults prefer? On top of that the small master bath countertop, single sink there, cabinet style wardrobes and cabinet style pantry says “we were struggling with the space considerations. Price isn’t terrible though.
I like your videos but please do a better job of actually showing us the property. When you open the fridge, let us see you open both sides. Pan around the rooms slowly so we can get an idea of what it looks like. Add in some close-up details of the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
I have been to Jaco Many times. Even though I don't go out past 9 or 10 PM I feel relatively safe. Be smart. great beach many good restaurants. Plenty to do.
Meh… guess it would be good for retirees looking for social lifestyle. Planning on moving to Costa Rica in the coming years but I’m looking for something more private, spacious And not so much money. I do see its appeal for retirees
@@szuberi , When I was told by the locals not to be in San Jose city after dark, as it is dangerous, what do you think i should do? See whether bad things is going to happen to me, like an experiment ? 10 feet bard wires with electric fence around houses, to keep the owners in, you think?
You might know by now..... But I think that fruit It is not edible. It is a gourd . Cut in have and through a long process; scraping, sealing with fire, and getting it smoothed with sandpaper it is ready to be used as an multiple use utensil around the house.
Very tiny and not enough space for the family with kids even 2 kids! Not saying 5 people like the host mentioned. The nicest part about this place its a pool and view. The house is good for a couple maybe thats it. And the price isn't that cheap by the way in comparison with USA where we live now. Thinking about moving to Costa Rica
Dorr Family, I moved to playa Di COCO. Food is expensive unless you eat rice, beans, bananas. Crime is high, cars are expensive, lots of mosquitoes. You can buy a place there for $90k. I suggest you look at Spain , Alicante or surrounding areas. It is safe, cheap fresh fruits, veg and meat. Houses are cheaper, transportation are great, like subways and buses, taxis .

The ranch-style house is sweet but too much money...
Great video!
HOA Fees?
Why are the washer and dryer outside?
That's normal here less heat and noise
Show around the house to see the area not just the house

This is very claustrophobic.
That looks amazing! 😮

Hey Matt, are you a real estate agent in Costa Rica?
Hi Salman, no I'm not a real estate agent. I just make these videos for educational purposes on costs of living here.
@@MattLloyd Oh I see. Thank you very much for your hard work. Your videos are a great source of learning.
