I was in Laos last year and going back in April. I went to many restaurants that serves khao piek sen. And now they don’t really eat thick noodles. Their noodle tends to be thin and more round shape. I also went to the market and buy their noodle that is sold separately. And take it home to eat.as of now I rather eat thin noodle. Also it does not rip at all, who’s is a great.

Hello euy Gigi. When you were combining everything to serve (close to the end of your video), what is the powder you put in( after you spoon in the chili oil)? Even if I don’t make it, I know what to buy at Lao market deli! Thank you for teaching us all❤
