While I despise the punks who play games, it would be wise to have a big red circle painted about ten feet away, warning all to stay outside it, warning of arrest for crossing it. Have a few big, tough cops stationed nearby, ready to cuff and arrest violators. That would make these videos less entertaining, but would be good for peace and civility.
