Thanks for posting this. I am taking my vacation driving down to Southern Texas, from my home in Washington DC in the Spring.. On my way back I would love to stop by Lafayette to see the Acadian Village. It looks very interesting.
Yeah! first to get to comment. Loved you pointing out the kiddy size outhouse seat! (Duck is delicious.) I was going to ask you to do a background video, but then read the about section and you covered it pretty well. I thought I had seen most of your videos but realize I still have a lot to watch (excited about that!).

I do believe that the Acadians Originated in the state of Maine. I am from down East Maine, and I heard that they moved from Maine to Louisiana.
RV Vagabond Jerry I checked into it, and there is actually a Acadian Village in Aroostook County Maine. Good road trip.😃
