Good video amigo, i ordered 1 & since ive been a 12 volt tech for 35+ years i connected it to my DEH3000 with a dedicated 12 volt switch to the ignition wire & its own shared ground wire to the pioneer head unit, the radio's IP-Bus recognized the input & i hear the hiss white noise as i turn up the volume & the little blue light turned on & it paired to my phone but im getting no sound, i trouble shot it for half an hour & concluded that it never worked from the factory hence why i found this YT video😂
Hi, awesome video. Can you tell if the headunit can control the music player on the phone as in Pause/Start and Next/Previous or it is only working as a regular Aux and I would still need to operate the phone to control the music? cheers
Hey, thanks for watching! The head unit will not control music tacks or play/pause, it will only control volume. Track changes will be on the phone and you can adjust the volume on the phone as well but I turn my phone all the way up and then control with the head unit. I primarily use mine with streaming apps and it works wonderfully.
Just bought one and installed and sounds ok but misses some frequencies in the low end would say under 40-50hz the power is less than half. Compared with cable input same song same phone. For a hifi setup is not ideal.
Good to know thanks for this info. As time has gone on, I will occasionally get weird feedback and some distortion from time to time but it seems to clear up within 30 seconds to a minute.
It auto connects and gives and audible “connected” through the car speakers when it connects. It’s done it every time for me no issue yet. I actually used navigation on my phone and it gave me audible commands through the stereo as well. It was nice.
Hi, i've a similar bt module. Now i'm having a strange issue: when the key is ON but engine is off it works fine. NO CONNECTION (no devices name found in phone bt search and it disconnect and then no pairing at all) when i switch engine ON. Have someone solved this same/strange problem?
Check your power source and make sure your getting 12 colts when the engine is on. Maybe it’s it has 12 with key on engine off but drops once engine is running?
Tengo una radio jvc kg700. Compré un adaptador bluetooth chino, lo conecté a través de puerto trasero en la radio y esta no es reconocida por la radio. Cuando preciono el SOURCE no me aparece BT audio o BT PHONE.
I have this similar wi-fi for my Alpine 9813 and it’s a direct plug into the Ai-net adaptor but can you tell me exactly what wires (red/black) I can tap into? Item looks just like yours minus the different adaptor end. Can I simply tap the red wire into the stereo head-unit power (direct to battery) and find a simple grounding point for the black wire?
If you have a multi meter or test light I would find something that Has power when the Ignition is in the run and accessory position and no power when key is off. That is what I did just so you don’t have the device trying to connect when your car is off and you don’t want it to. There should be a keyed power source going to your head unit, you will just have to find what wire it is. As for the ground yes just find an existing screw in the metal part of the dash to ground, you can test the ground spot as well if you have a meter.
i have an alpine 9813r and have ordered this ai-net adaptor for bluetooth usage. should i connect the red wire to permanent live or connect it to ignition?
You should be able to find the device in the device list on you buddy’s phone and connect it. If you have trouble you may have to disconnect your phone and then pair his. I can be listening to my AirPods and get in my truck and my phone will automatically connect to this Bluetooth module quite flawlessly.
Yes I do get some of that feedback noise. It did seem to help turning my phones volume all the way up and controlling the volume with the head unit. I don't really hear any of it while playing music though thankfully.
Hi have buy the same bluetooth-aux. I connected to my car, blue lights flash ok, i connect my phone but i cant share sound. My car is lancia delta 2011 and haven't aux. It saw massage that no sourse available. I need to decoded?
Your phone connects the the bluetooth ok? is your volume turned all the way up on your phone? What type of head unit do you have? There may be a setting in there that you need to turn on. Let me know and I will try and help you out.
@@HighPriority hi install it again. I change the interface conector to the interface that says phone( i have tried to aux already). It works But only for music with phone and with low volume max level, and no radio. :(. My radio cd is the oem lancia delta 844 2010 no aux no bluetooth. nothing.

Do you have sound issues? Mine is still working really well, I think the sound quality could be a bit better but I am overall still happy with the 12 or 18 bucks, whatever I spent haha. It still auto connects to my phone too.
@@hakim9785 two years and still working well. Sound quality is still pretty good in my opinion, hasn’t changed since install. A couple of times it has acted like it has lost connection, cutting in and out for a second or two but that’s it. It usually goes back to sounding fine, I think one time I disconnected and reconnected it on my phone in the Bluetooth menu and that fixed the issue.
I have not tried, so far I have just used my phone and it is still working great. Anything that has bluetooth connectivity should connect to this just fine.
Just tried this yesterday for an incoming call. When I answered, it immediately switched to phone audio so i selected this bluetooth device. I could hear the caller but it didn't sound very well so I switched back to my phone. It was just a spam call so I could not ask the person how I sounded on their end haha.

Good video! I had that same head unit back in the day!
It’s been a great head unit that’s for sure. The rotating face to insert cds doesn’t really work anymore but that’s where Bluetooth comes in handy.
Thanks for the video. I'm hooking up a similar one to an Alpine CDA-9886 right now. Hopefully I have the same results as you.

What do you do during a call, since there isn't a microphone?
I believe I tried taking a call and I could hear them but your right, with no mic they had a hard time hearing me so I had to pick up the phone.
