The cross drilled / slotted roters they offer are zinc coated to help tremendously with the rusting. I’ve never had any issues, but I haven’t used powerstop kits in years so maybe things changed with them 🤷‍♂️ always good to have a mechanic in the family!! Wish I had one lol I do most all of the maintenance on my girls car and my truck anyways so not a big deal. I usually bring them in for oil change’s because on the right sale on the right day it’s significantly cheaper than doin it yourself. Plus there’s almost nowhere to take the used oil around me anymore. Used to take it to oreillys and discount auto but they stopped taking old fluids so idk 🤷‍♂️ anyways, good stuff as usual, appreciate it brother!

I didn't realize the coating was different on the drilled / slotted. Wish I had got'em now, haha. I've read that PowerStop overall quality has dropped in recent years.

@@weekendhomeprojects yeah and maybe they dropped the coating all around as well. That alone would be a drop.
