I read the book but I was looking for a video that only shows the techniques and exercises because they are hard to remember and I'm not sure if I'm doing them right. When I start digging into the book for a certain technique it takes me forever and I give up. It would be very helpful for everyone to have one such, synthesized video just for the techniques
