This shows the disassembly and reassembly pretty well. No diagnostics is seen in the video. I'm sure you did diagnose issues, but without any words viewers have no idea how you decided which parts needed to be replaced. (It looks like maybe you just replaced a bunch of components as part of an "overhaul"). You did the bearing pulling and pressing off camera, which is probably the hardest part for the average person to do. Would have been nice if you had shown that.
It looks like you replaced the fan (241673-2), 3 bearings (2 small (210017-7 and 211092-6), 1 large (211228-7)), "bearing box (318304-9)", brake ring (424131-5), base pad (743081-8), and brushes. "Bearing box" was smart! That's a $3 part and saves a lot of effort so you don't have to press the old large bearing out of the old "bearing box".
If anyone else needs to replace brushes, here's timestamps for that.
    Brush removal: 8:51
    Brush install: 11:15
and here's the official parts list: www.makita.ca/data/upload/tools/BO5030,%20BO5030K%20-%20OCT2012_parts_English.pdf
I priced out doing an overhaul like this and it was $70. New tool is $85. But often times I think only brake ring and brushes are needed.

    Tabletop is messy
Not good for instruction to a newby.
Did not separate the used from the new.
    This was not a diagnosis.
    This was an overhaul!
