    This is going to become more popular. I think its really what most people need. You can set something up like this for 5k total, instead of spending 50k+ on a sprinter van. Most of these can put the seats under the floor so you dont really need to modify it for a bed. You also get way better MPG than a Sprinter. Other vans are in such high demand, this is a great solution

      It's exactly what I'm about to be doing once sell house for those exact reasons combined with being stealth, much easier to have shop work on them / tow, the list goes on. You can also pull small cargo trailer, diferent roof options, and many other things. Entire point of van life is travel and explore with simple place to sleep - it's not to stay in $200,000 sprinter.

    The 2011 sienna has the spare underneath the right side of second row seating. Look under the slide door from the outside. I’ve had 3 different siennas. Both your model and the previous model stored it there. You need to find the cut out in the carpet by the second row right seat. There is a bolt you use the tire iron to turn and it’ll lower the tire. Make sure you pump it up periodically once you locate it. Hopefully this helps.

      Hey, did you get your Siennas lifted? If so how high? Are you happy with it?

      His vehicle is AWD so it doesn't come with a spare. It comes with run flat tires.

      I came here to leave this comment. It looks like his shelving unit is probably on top of the screws to lower the spare.

    Cool minivan build! I have the European Toyota Estima and love it! I had a sprinter camper and far too much of a pain as a daily driver in Europe so I got the Toyota minivan and it’s great!

    Brandon when you add the inline fuse to the Anker is there a possibility you can do a video on that? How you have that settup is exactly how I planned on setting up my power station.

    Just a friendly suggestion...maybe put the shoes just on the other side where the tools are? Since that is annoying and well, could cause an accident...jsn...if I ever get out on the road, think I'm going to get that fridge...that being able to plug in easily to a battery and not convert or anything complicated, AND uses little power is what i need!

    Like it has been said before, the spare is under the van. I'm just picturing you kicking yourself after realizing it could have been there when you had a flat 😊. I personally don't like the "chicken" tire they give you and I'm wanting to get a full size spare but I have been told it would be too low to the ground underneath so I'm trying to figure the best way to carry a full size spare tire without it being inside and I am not sure about mounting it on the back of the van. I'm considering the roof rack

    The real cool thing is when you get pulled over for too dark of tinted windows...you can laugh at the cop. Also...tire plugs would have worked on that blown tire.😂

    Hey Brandon; do you ever worry about losing the e-bike, it being on show all the time? Does it lock down to the tow hitch?

    • @BrandonGross
      @BrandonGross  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes I do stress about that a lot haha. But it is heavily locked down to the van

    I love the Mini conversion. I bet its a lot easier to stealth camp now. Do you miss the Ambulance though? Oh and, You might already know this. There should be a spare tire under the car. Maybe its just missing. It goes under the right rear passenger floorboard. There is a nut you turn to lower it and raise it. The hardware to hang it should be there.

    • @BrandonGross
      @BrandonGross  3 месяца назад

      The stealthiness of the minivan has been great to be honest! Of course I miss the ambo though, and yeah my minivan definitely had no spare

    • @johnsnyder1046
      @johnsnyder1046 Месяц назад

      @@marionsutcliffe1119 yes, while LiFePO4 batteries are a lot safer they still have risks from overcharging, short-circuiting, physical damage, and extreme temps
