Jake I’m in my early 40s and man what I would have done to have a mentor like you when I was 16, I do fair in life but I didn’t take advantage of those few precious opportunities I had in front of me and now as I’m older and have a son in the Army “ 92y” watching him take advantage of his opportunities, it makes me realize just how much I left on the table when I was younger but living with regrets won’t get it done so onward with life and continue to do the best with what I got..thank you for this video and I hope any young adult out there that seen this REALLY LISTEN TO EVERY WORD YOU SAID💯💯💯

Thank you for doing this and now I know who to send kids to that aspire to reach their full potential and to obtain greatness or obtain entry into a select academy, school, or service related military job or craft. Jake is the best. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. I got my BSN And then went into Army Nurse Corps. It was a hard ride, but I dragged my ass out of bed for PT at 0400 for twenty damn years and now.just starting my retirement..it was ALL worth it. Now I am working part time admin gig and enjoying life. The KEY to what Jake says is it is ALL ON THE PERSON. People can blame this and that. No one cares. Get up and get it DONE.

I enjoy watching every video from Jake Zweig. If you all were paying attention to the portion where Jake mentions the speakers/authors that the next, upcoming generation of military needs to listen to, here goes: Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk (usually goes by Gary Vee), John Maxwell, and Ed Mylett (listen to his convo about his college baseball experience). I've never served in the military, but we need more leaders like Jake to bring in the next generation. All the best to all of you under the mentorship of Jake Zweig. Go get 'em, Godspeed, we support you... and kick some ass.

You should probably be going to High Schools getting this message out. I hope Ethan appreciates how lucky he is to have someone like you trying to help him. There is a trap with some people though and explains why there grades tend to drop off when the materials get more complex, some things are too easy until they get hard. When things are too easy you develop bad study habits, because you don't need to study. When you hit that wall, suddenly you are trying to teach yourself how to study, that light bulb is not lighting up putting everything together for you.
It is easy to look back in hindsight but if you know kids in school like that, they have to know if they are in a class they know is an easy A, that is fine, but they need to expend the effort on their own accord to move on and start prepping for the next level. Pre Calc was easy for me, I should have gotten a Calc I textbook, and studied that, at least get a head start. It is very hard to self motivate at those ages though.
I wish Ethan luck and good fortune, I hope you keep us all updated on his progress.

Do you think every SEAL could do Ranger RASP, but not every Ranger could do BUD/S? Or the other way around? Or do you think they are equal? What is harder? RASP or BUD/S?

    • @ashharkausar413

BUDS is hands down the toughest training in the US military. Maybe delta force and devgru selection is harder but most of their training is a secret.

Air Force Special Operations training is also very difficult.
Don’t believe me? Look up the physical test standards for PJ and compare it to BUD/S.
BUD/S is probably the hardest overall kick in the dick compared to others.
RASP = very little food and compromised sleeping conditions with long rucking & plenty of cognitive and physical teamwork/problem-solving assessments under those conditions.
BUD/S = very little sleep, always moving and busy, constantly wet and chafed, team decides who they think is both tough and fast enough to hang amongst each other as buddies/teammates. Goes on for a very long freaking time.
