I went as far as to DEP into the Navy at 17 and work towards a SEAL contract. DEPing out and terminating my contract was the best decision I made. After one PST surrounded by a bunch of tough hard working 25 year olds, I realized I wasn’t prepared for what I was about to endure. I’m working on maturing and growing up a bit then choosing the Army route. Seems like there is far more opportunity for growth in the Army ESPECIALLY in the combat arms world.
Nowadays I always see people say they wanna be a SEAL just because they read a book or they seen a video about them and said to themselves that's what they want in life but haven't had ANYTHING hard in their life. I think most SEALs wanted to be a seal since they were 12 or 13 not because they wanted fame or to be able to write a book but to do something bigger then themselves. Also great advice really helping me out.
@@jakezweig i’m not 100% sure what you mean by that but do you mean i’m giving fire and under the same effect if that makes sense. or am i completely over thinking it

When the boss comes in and has a job, you be the first to raise your hand! Because, I swear, in my experience the second job that comes out of your boss's mouth is always much worse than the first one! For example, I need someone to take the trash out, and THEN, I'm going to need someone to scrub this bathroom with a toothbrush.. you take that first job, and let the guy standing there with his hands in his pockets get stuck with the grunt work.. Another thing probably a stupid question but are you taking on becoming a SEAL the wrestler that’s barely hitting the minimum PST Scores or the Regular Guy going a 8/7/120/120/40 I’m just curious
