Great to see you back on the hard water! That's the biggest Tiger Trout I've ever seen. That Crappie was an eater for sure. Thanks for your content. Great video.
Stay safe out there Josh, my buddy went thru last weekend here in Central NH. Glad you guys have had cold enough weather to make ice, it was down in the teens at night here for a week but next few days look a lot warmer. Man those were some Jumbo perch and that Crappie was pretty big too. Good luck going forward.

It’s been a roller coaster here too. Best December we’ve had till the upcoming 50 degrees and rain. Was hoping that wouldn’t happen.
Respect My Brother Your Awesome
Thanks Dan!! Appreciate the support
Awesome! I hope this week doesn’t set us back too far 57° 50mph winds and 2” of rain in our area :/
Same in my area. I’m sure the small ponds will hold. The medium sized that were setting up likely won’t!!
Nice getting out.
Always good to get out…especially the first couple times of the season.
Did the perch have grubs in the gills??
Geez…honestly, I don’t recall. I would assume so.
If your shadow falls over an open hole there’s a good chance that the fish will drop the bait.
Very true…even running up to a trap sometimes will spook them.
What kind of lure/bait do you use on a dead stick?
I usually use a small jig head and a piece of nightcrawler. Occasionally I’ll set a shiner out
What area of maine are you in?
Central!! Little north of Waterville
