Boogie, I've had gastric surgery and I was 462 at my heaviest and now I'm down to 343. My surgery date was in August of last year. If you want, we could be workout buddies and keep each other motivated. It's hard, definitely, but having someone else will help out for sure.

so if 21 year old Boogie could see himself in 2022 with a career where he can make good money with the push of a button, no debt, owning a house worth well over a half a mil free and clear, money in the bank, thousands of fans, pearly white teeth, walking with the Arkansas sun on his back, and alive, what do you think he would say and think about what he sees? You should just keep that one thing in your mind at all times.

I've been in a bit of a mental cloud lately and just had a forest walk. It helped immensely! Came back to see this afterwards. It's nice to see you working on yourself, getting a clean haircut, getting some fresh air, floating around in the pool and socializing. I don't doubt the hurdles you go through to make it work, but each little success is worth celebrating. I feel very motivated to also work on myself. I look forward to every video you post!

I've wanted to be a filmmaker since I was a kid and never went for it. Just yesterday, I filmed a little experimental short film and uploaded it. It's officially the first "film" like those I wanted to make as a kid, some 25 years ago. Has anyone watched it? Nope. But it's never too late. Just keep going. You never know. Boogie, on the meditating.
A lot of people push it to the side because its "not for them" because "they can't stop thinking".
Meditating is a skill, its something you need to work on to become better at it.
You will get better at pushing those intrusive thoughts out and even if you don't, SIMPLY taking 5 - 10 minutes to simply breath correctly works wonders because of how busy people are with life and social media.

advice for zwimming: bring some decorative smooth rocks. first throw 2 in shallow water, go under and pickup in one go. then go deeper/throw more rocks or even spread the rocks out. "pickup all in one go"is the goal. make it reachable. it will help breath and mind control on a functional target.

My trick to self-improvement is to think of past-me, present-me, and future-me as three different people. Present-me tries to do as many favors as possible for future-me. Past-me is a messed up train wreck of a person who wasted most of his life, but present-me often receives help from the little things past-me set up for what was then future-me, so I can't hate him despite all the embarrassing memories he caused. Future-me is an unknown person who I will become later on, and since I'm going to be him, I want to make his life as comfortable as possible.

I'm not really on youtube all that much anymore (just life taking over because I'm a lot older than I was when I first subbed to boogie), really just a casual video everyone now an then, but every time I click on my subscriptions I'll try to watch a video of yours boogie because I like seeing you doing better and the fact that you aren't afraid to to talk about real shit. Everyone online now a days puts on a fake persona. Fuck that I like the people who aren't afraid to be themselves. Keep pushing boogie!

Keep going boogie, you can do it! I've only had some minor mental health issues (post natal anxiety) but I found narrating in my head what I am doing really helped with intrusive thoughts. I'm sure you have tried everything. Focus on the positives as much as you can. Gym 2 days in a row, great work!

This video makes me want to go out and walk right now. A rare feeling because walking often seems boring and repetitive to me lately, but you're will to get out and exercise is contagious.

This might be my favorite video from you. Its really relaxing and this is the first time I see that you are really heading the right direction.
And it’s never too late. In my city there is a feller age around 80, running almost every day. Only time it’s too late is when you are dead. Keep it up! 💪

I hope you see this. And I hope it helps. We beat ourselves up in times like this because our state of mind is different "now" than it was "then". You can't put yourself back into the "then" mindset because the "now" has grown and matured. So regret, depending what the regret is, just means we are growing. And better late than never has never rung more true to me now than it ever has.
I think I have been watching these videos of your because it feels like we are getting through the tough times together. And as you know, the more people we have with us, the easier it gets. So thank you for being here and thank you for still fighting. It's because of theses videos that I am able to figure things like the above out. So by "helping" you I can really help myself.

I can just tell from the video and from the way you talk you are being a level of real that we don't normally see. You being by that lake provides your mind with a refreshing clarity. I feel the same way when I go for a drive at night with the windows down. Or when I visit my hometown. I also struggle with mental health and borderline personality disorder. I too obsess over my past and deal with anger over the things that were done to me. It really helps to know that someone like you is out there and battling the same battles. I often feel very alone and my family doesn't understand and I feel alienated. I wish you luck and hope that you continue your battle and can overcome the guilt and regrets that plague you.

I feel ya, I deal with ocd and intrusive thoughts all day. It can be physically exhausting. That being said its great to see you working on yourself and heading in the right direction. I know I always felt mentally better when I used to go to the gym as well.

Try not to touch your face boogie, your fingers and hands are dirty and have natural oils on them. Touching your face all the time can cause acne and make it worse
