      @@BassGeek check out Lakewood products for tackle boxes. A little pricey but they are specially made for different baits and dot get tangled

    Good stuff. Up here we use mini clipless through the ice. Always a time and place for a lipless.

    Hey man sorry for your loss, I’m normally not a lipless guy because I’d rather fish a square bill or a blade bait. What do you think

    • @BassGeek
      @BassGeek  2 года назад

      If your reeling yeah that's fine and those are a great reaction bait. This is something (during the winter) that's more like a jig. Under other conditions I like it when they are chasing up or suspended up.

    Have you used the fish call technique in the summer? Seems like it would work! Call and rip. I know I don’t fear hanging up. It always a good chance for a bite as you pop it loose. One of the largest small mouths I saw caught on a trap was on a crawdad red trap type bait. Hung up. As my friend yanked it free, wam.. Hugh/Big his personal best! I might just start letting it lye there and call a bit 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

    Looking good just making it dance
    You can follow the cadence of the bait.
    I bet you can use the same motion for a damiki rig if you wanted
