you can do paper back journals or hardcopy using book bolt or canva. God bless on creating. @@Epitomice03
I have created about 40 journals & adult/youth/child coloring books on Canva Pro. I created multiples so that I could advertise my other books on the last page of each book. I also waited till I had a few because I’m creating a website for them. I have not actually placed anything onto KDP, Amazon, Etsy, or any other platform. That is the part that seems to be intimidating me. Previous to this I was in business for myself for 30 years and nothing intimidated me but when I lost my business after three decades I lost some of my self-confidence. I’m looking forward to publishing a couple of these books and placing them online in the next two weeks. There I just set a date. That was a good bit of advice. I also appreciated your advice that said just do it. Stop watching videos and stop rereading your notes and just throw some thing out there and see how it does. I appreciated that. I would love to work with you in whatever capacity that is. I’m going to look for other videos of yours. This really helped me, I've been working on and off on a few books for 2 years, and I keep getting overwhelmed by not knowing what to do or making sure its the right thing to say and dealing with life at the same time. My biggest halt has been after receiving brain surgery, I haven't been the same with writing. This video has helped ignite a spark again with how to handle the process, so thank you.
I took lots of notes as well. 2 front-back pages of great tips!! Starting a RUclips channel tracking progress and creating a second competitive brand, for instance! 😊
My colleague has managed to produce an amazing childrens book he had undergone 2x 10 hour brain surgeries and still has to deal with the Tumor and daily brain fatigue…so the message is never give up! You can do it man ❤

I publish my first product on Amazon just a month ago and have 26 sales so far with very little promotions. This video was perfect and right on time for me to take things to the next level. Super helpful. I recently completed a fantasy story over 120,000 words. I have another Volume I am currently working that's over 70,000 words and have the manuscript to complete the final volume. I recently posted a part of the story on webnovel. I loved your video; it with was extremely insightful and filled with tons of useable advice I'm willing to partake. Currently have a coloring book, and two journals published on Amazon. Wanting to focus on marketing the coloring book ( and creating additional volumes. ) . I need to set a date to release my book ASAP because I am awesome at coming up with ideas and starting books, but I am rubbish at completing the project and publishing the books.
I love how you mention finding something you are passionate about. Employing that strategy makes it easier to complete my project and focus more on my target audience to improve my marketing outreach.
I love the idea of building an email list. It seems like doing so would turn my project into a business with a pipeline or sales funnel that I own. So, I will add building an email list to my book publishing routine.
It never occurred to me to publish or diversify my income with other companies like Lulu and Ingram Spark. Having more control over my brand is empowering to me. Thanks for the tip.

I now realize I need to participate in Facebook groups. Getting the groups to help me pick pictures never occurred to me.

Thank you for this film. I just recently came across the topic of print on demand, which I had no idea about before. I've just been rejected from Amazon Merch and I'm trying to find some alternative, and that's when I found you. I would give a lot to be able to sustain myself working from home on my own products, without having too much contact with customers, because unfortunately, I struggle with severe social anxiety. So creating my own RUclips channel is definitely out of the question. I live in a poor country in Europe, which further limits my reach, even language-wise. But I'll put a lot of effort into improving my situation!

How did you find out how to get color pencils? The boxes? Those are the things that I feel like stop people. Thank you so much for sharing!
You’re welcome! I always suggest starting with the lowest hanging fruit (what makes the most sense and is the easiest to start). This means the information that you do have access to you go ahead and use that first. Have you already published your first book on KDP?
The pencils and/or pens can be manufactured but manufacturing is wayyy more complicated than publishing and depending on where you decide to manufacture you’d most likely need to order a large quantity of units. When you manufacture you can usually get the pencils & boxes together from the same place.

I just published my first book right before I found your video. LOL I do have a lot of what you talked about and I have a LuLu about as well. I tried publishing a book 3 years ago but I did not do it. While I am waiting to be approved with KDP with my first prayer journal.
I appreciate this unique, real-world advice, vs many of the others that rehash each other’s info.

I just came across your video today.Your video is easy to understand and you get straight to the point. I'm working on my first coloring book. I am doing the work myself because I am an artist and graphic designer. I had a question about those color pencils. How in the world did you come up with that idea?!!! I search all the time trying to find color pencils for our skin-tone.
