      Yes same! I never know what to cook and am still teetering in just inserting more healthy foods into my diet. -- Also any meal prep that doesn't have to be heated or refrigerated for lunches at work, since we now can't use the kitchen/break room due to COVID

    Yes please for the vegan meal prep 🙋🏽‍♀️ I’m guilty of buying the veggies but once I get them not knowing how to prep them or store them properly in my fridge, sadly they go bad and have be to tossed out. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful content!

      Great video! I would love to see what specific supplements you take, especially vitamin D3, K2, and B12. There are so many supplements out there, but once I start reading the ingredients, I get frustrated/discouraged as most of them contain one or more harmful ingredients. Thanks

    I appreciate your balanced approach around added oil. Though I don't use oil when cooking at home, which is 99% of the time, I don't mind a little when eating out. Some WFPB RUclipsrs can be a little to extreme about oil so it's nice to see a more relaxed and balanced view. Great video as always!

      Alina Tarkhanian cooking with raw oils is bad but when used raw and sparingly they are really healthful, like EVOO, the one you can find by small producers in Italy....

    Found your channel. You both are so genuine and fun to watch. Thank you for sharing your journey to inspires and help others. I am a single Mom (and student) of 4 kiddos. I have switched to vegan 2 months ago but my children are still used to eating meat,eggs and dairy. I love it a feel great and have gone from 168 lbs to 145 and still dropping. My children love many of my vegan dishes, love veggies and fruits, however they still like those traditional animal based meals and fats. My children love rice, potatoes quinoa etc. I would love to see more videos of your meals and recipes for family dinners, comfort food, made healthy. Thx!

    The plate of food looks lovely. Because I've had stomach issues, but continued to eat SAD incorrectly, that plate would last me all day. But, that said, looking forward to a healthier food journey. One week in and weight loss has begun, down 3 pounds. Thanks your videos!

    Great video. Thanks. Hey, for people looking to make their beans more digestible, I would recommend soaking overnight and then when you go to cook them add a 2-4 inch piece of Kombu seaweed. I have found this completely does the trick!

    Nice way to look at how you choose your foods based on something we all know the food pyramid. I need to rethink where nuts/seeds are on my pyramid. I believe they are a little lower but that can be tweaked. Thanks for all you do.

    I love watching you two beautiful people and that adorable beautiful baby! You are really inspiring me!! I have been kind of plant-based (no meat or dairy, white flour, processed foods, etc) for five years I feel great but I do have to cut the oil.     Thanks for your very informative video.I have been vegan 9 months and i think that I nearly have the pyramid right except I don't like beans that much but I do eat alot of tofu.I shall try to incorporate lentils and quinoa into my diet a bit more.Very good advice, great video.🙂💚

      It varies based on how much sun exposure you get! At least 2000IU a day!

    Would love both meal prep and supplements videos! I have 2 little boys (2.5 &10 mo) and we're diving fully into the whole foods plant based vegan lifestyle since we discovered our boys both have a dairy allergy and they both don't like meat, we've been mostly vegan/vegetarian for awhile but now we're ready to dive into fully and your channel and videos have been incredibly helpful for guidance and inspiration!
