I appreciate your balanced approach around added oil. Though I don't use oil when cooking at home, which is 99% of the time, I don't mind a little when eating out. Some WFPB RUclipsrs can be a little to extreme about oil so it's nice to see a more relaxed and balanced view. Great video as always!
Alina Tarkhanian cooking with raw oils is bad but when used raw and sparingly they are really healthful, like EVOO, the one you can find by small producers in Italy....

I have switched to vegan 2 months ago but my children are still used to eating meat,eggs and dairy. I love it a feel great and have gone from 168 lbs to 145 and still dropping. My children love many of my vegan dishes, love veggies and fruits, however they still like those traditional animal based meals and fats. My children love rice, potatoes quinoa etc. I would love to see more videos of your meals and recipes for family dinners, comfort food, made healthy. Thx!

Great video. Thanks. Hey, for people looking to make their beans more digestible, I would recommend soaking overnight and then when you go to cook them add a 2-4 inch piece of Kombu seaweed. I have found this completely does the trick!

It’s so hard for me because I can’t handle so many healthy foods I don’t understand why my body can’t handle lots of healthy foods but I still eat plant based and very healthy !!
