Plus, when the album was released it was indeed promoted cause it was on Good Morning America, 106 Park which wad literally a major mainstream player at the time for hip hop and RnB plus she was doing radio interviews supporting the album. Unfortunately, due to her erratic behavior in public and disheveled performances, it turned the public off to her artistry and made them focus more on her personal. This was her doing and no one else. In the past they would always speak about her personal but it never affected her art. Her personal well being just took center stage.
