      Are you Muslim? Then don't say God when you talk about Allah. Muhammad had eleven wives, while his own religion "only" allowed to have four, and raped female war captives on the side, allowing his followers to do so also. Allah orders to kill non-believers on several occasions throughout the Quran and Muhammad sure did so.

      Black Box Allah is the same God of the Old Testament. The God of Abraham, Noah, Moses, and Adam&Eve. God also ordered the death of those who didnt worship Him. Read your bible.

      Aletheia23 No he isn't, the Quran denies Allah ever had a child and says Jesus is just a prophet, while the NT says no one goes to heaven except through Jesus. Jesus always preached of love, Muhammad was a war mongering, torturing, raping, woman-hitting MONSTER.
      Interestingly you didn't respond to my falsifiable claims of raping of war capitves and so on and so forth. Here you go for some of the verses detailing the immoral nature of Islam and the pedophile rapist that is Muhammad:
      FROM THE QURAN - 70:22-30
      "Not so the worshippers, who are steadfast in prayer, who set aside a due portion of their wealth for the beggar and for the deprived, who truly believe in the Day of Reckoning and dread the punishment of their Lord (for none is secure from the punishment of their Lord); who restrain their carnal desire (save with their wives and their slave girls, for these are lawful to them: he that lusts after other than these is a transgressor..."
      FROM THE QURAN - 4:24
      "And all married women are forbidden unto you save those captives whom your right hand possess. It is a decree of Allah for you. (Muhammad Pickthall's English translation of the Quran).
      If you are still a Muslim and Muhammad-worshipper despite knowing that you are truly despicable. And yet you dare to call yourself aletheia, shame on you.

    When we practice meditation on forgiveness, eventually we will reach a point where,it's hard for us to hate someone , irrespective of how badly they hurt us, and we will start realizing they need help and support, not punishment.on other hand By practicing forgiveness we could able to attain deep sense of peace, and moreover you will be unfuckwithable with your anxiety, irritation , fear, so on, it really works. Thank you vishen you are inspiring me to become a better human being.

    I forgave 2 of my closest family members for trying to make me their servant after 20 years of despising them then I get a message in my subconscious to investigate my husbands phone activity, long story short I had been accepting abuse from my husband because I had become so drained from the hate I had for my family. I am just being born again with full love for myself and life.

    As a psychologist I must agree that affirmation techniques like "I am enough" have been proven to raise self-esteem quite radically. Forgiveness, as mentioned, does need to be genuinely expressed in the mind as this affirms to the self that the negative act wasn't something intentional, therefore, you don't feel persecuted or a victim. I can see that this is much akin to the Beck's cognitive triad i.e. having negative views about oneself, the future and the world. However, I can see how the approach you have mentioned actually speeds this process up. I will be looking in to this method in greater detail. Fantastic title by the way.

    Great positive speech. I feel it’s important that viewers understand that being “Unf-ckwithable” is not the same as someone who “Doesn’t Give a F-ck”.
    The former encourages inner peace, self-love, and empathy. The latter is more about ignorance, “I am better than you” mentality, and not caring. Big difference.

    I am not sure that being immune to criticism or praise is such a great thing. How, then, would I learn? Negative judgements can run you down. But failing, or being told that what you are doing is not working. It is important to hear it as information, not make it mean you are bad. But it is important to hear it.

    • @randompanda3415
      @randompanda3415 8 лет назад +4

      Mwara Kung'u being immune to criticism just means criticism won't act like a virus in your body, it doesn't not mean you become deaf. you can hear criticism and think about it, and not take it personal. oh yeah, there's already a term for that, it's constructive criticism

    • @marywaters3687
      @marywaters3687 5 лет назад +1

      i don't think he was trying to say to ignore cause he did say he took criticism well i think he was trying to say stop letting negative comments interrupt you from doing great things because of the fear of failure comes from fear of people thoughts & comments on your life nothing is wrong w/ constructive criticism but you need to know the difference between that & plain old hate & not let people stop you from doing what you want if you fail you fail fuck people opinions become unfuckwithable bitch 🤘🏾

    If you couldn't be happy because you couldn't convince your mind that you weren't the problem and that you have to trick yourself to forgive to let go then i'd rather carry my scars around knowing that ill not put up with evilness and hostile people. In my mind they should not be ignored or forgiven just so you can feel happier about yourself. The existence of good versus evil will always be. You just need to be strong enough to take the punches and understand that in this world bad things happen and its not your fault so keep your head up high but you shouldn't need to forgive to move on. My 2 cents.

    I'm surprised at the amount of negativity in this comment section. I think everyone is taking his message a tad too far. Forgiveness; letting go of the pain held for years or even decades can be liberating, but that doesn't mean you become gullible. If someone makes a mistake, you can forgive them for their error, but also take into account why they did that error and make a mental note if its something that can affect you again in the future. Feeling enough; be happy with what you have, but don't be full of yourself. Its better to use 1 thing at 100% instead of 2 things at 50%, and it also makes you happier because you're using the full potential of an object, situation or person. But thinking that you're perfect is just as damaging as excessive critique.

      This whole 'forgiveness' thing took off some while back when people were even being actively forced to forgive their abusers when they were kids. That's hard I would say. I believe any contrition by anyone having done something bad to anyone else should absolutely come first, then you get to decide. No free pass.

    The part of forgiveness is what happened to me.
    I had just went through a bad... Really bad breakup just before 2019 had ended. I was listening to Cathrine Ponder's Prosperity Lectures. I had did her part on forgiveness, but, I did it using mirror work. I said what she said in the mirror, bit I felt it and meant it. You know, she called me the next morning apologizing for everything. Then we actually had a little conversation. After the call I immediately went and looked in the mirror and thanked The Universe whole heartedly.

    • @chocobochick5390
      @chocobochick5390 5 лет назад

      That's the thing. They *AREN'T* immune. Their nervous. Nervous people won't recognize them. Nervous they'll lose their self-worth. Nervous they'll become forgotten in society. If they weren't why would they threaten someone's life over the simplest of things like walking down the hallway?
      Bullies don't have to come from highschool or on the street. They can actually be your own family members, too. My dad, my mom, my sister, my brother, almost everyone I've met has been a gawd damn bully to me. But remember don't prove yourself to them.
      You don't have to prove them a damn thing. Let them wallow in their own self pity. They're not worth it. They're not worth your time. So they yell and scream. So do stray dogs and wild animals. Don't ever stoop to their level. And if they hit you...make sure they remember the pain.
      Sorry to rant but I've dealt (and sorta still am) dealing with this shit. It's always people who do no wrong who get hurt for no reason. It's some fucking stupid shit. Fuck it. Fuck it all to hell.

Stay happy folks! And remember FORGIVE, BE PRESENT AND YOU'RE ENOUGH!!! So simple yet such effective rules to live by.

    Alan watts teaches these methods and more. He's incredible. People are a reflection of there own environment and have no free will and so you should forgive them as it's not their fault. People keep wanting more and more without realising it's all for nothing : Your enough. Finally you should live life in the now as that's only the real place to be.

I try to live as much as I can in the now. When thoughts pop up that are painful this is what I remind myself of

    Bring enough people to speak and they start contradicting themselves. One says have empathy and feel what others feel and the other says do not absorb other people's stress. Anyway, the message is clear: Just deal with your past by forgiving, deal with your present by accepting yourself and thinking you are good enough.

    handing out makeup that says "I am enough" that's ironic.

    • @anthonyd8103
      @anthonyd8103 7 лет назад +4

      The point of the lipstick is to use it to write, '''I am enough'''. As was stated several times before, even men used the lipstick. You are correct, but you did not need to point it out, as the irony is intentional and built into the design.

    • @maatnetwork2011
      @maatnetwork2011 6 лет назад +1

      I dont see why its ironic. Color uplifts and painting the lips or body is not a bad thing. Its been done thousands of years. Excessive make up is not a good thing but enhancing the face or body is part of the human experience. All cultures have done it in one form or another.

      This is so weird. I prayed one morning to be more than enough. That very day I was traveling to an appointment, And I saw a bill board for a radio station that said "You are enough". I was blown away. I had traveled this route so many times and never seen this billboard. The billboard was old and weathered so I knew it was there for a long time but I'd never noticed it. This message keeps coming at me from different sources.

      I was thinking the exact same thing. Using the term he did just lowers the impact, makes it seem more low-brow. It also makes the message less accessible to groups like young kids that otherwise could benefit from the message. Really not liking this trend of using curse words in everything we say and do these days.

    • @j.h.6633
      @j.h.6633 7 лет назад +1

      +Anthony D what a hateful comment reminiscent of those low-class people I was referring to. The fact that I could teach this to my child is not the point. They are not my thoughts. It has more impact of it comes from the source and as I said, it is less impactful and less accessible to other groups. It just plain sounds trashy. And lo and behold instead of arguing a point in a civilized manner, I get trolled by a foul-mouthed jackal of a follower. I rest my case.

    • @j.h.6633
      @j.h.6633 7 лет назад +1

      +Anthony D yes, that is true. But from a capitalistic [read: greed] perspective, it doesn't make sense as a business model to limit your audience by choosing such a stupid curse word to be the center of your otherwise very good message. In general, the iq of our country is falling and things like this cropping up in academia are prime examples. It's also indicative of the decline of civil discourse. Just disheartening all around. I would have shared this video with my colleagues but since many of them work with parents and children it would not be appropriate.

    1) Own no cell phone
    2) Own no internet connection.
    3) Hide your income from your federal government. This last deserves about 100 paragraphs of instruction. It helps to do it with a lawyer (not an accountant)

    Opinion is really the lowest form of human knowledge. It requires no accountability, no understanding. The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another’s world. It requires profound purpose larger than the self kind of understanding.
