As per one of my friend whose family is promoter founder of paicho foods, 1st train farmers. We all know Traditional farming lai replace garnai parxa and it doesn’t mean using of chemical fertilizers. I am talking about the ways of farming.
There was no problem in this regard. The main problem that came to paicho was from the side of farmer. When the yield of the farmer increases and they start getting a ruppee getting greater farmers started breaching the agreements.
Here keeping besides tge emotional factors, a business helped them in training, help them track good seeds, and get well produced. Farmers should learn to stay with the agreement because company who have trained them have a proper supply chain plan as per the produces. Irony is farmers vreached the contract on running years not in very 1st or 2nd years. Paicho used to have affected on their promised order to its customers due to breach of contract.
Afterwards paicho too started importing produces from india and farmers are again in trap of the middle-men. Farm to feed concept is rarely successful until we literate them as a whole🙏🇳🇵❤️
