- Today's recipe is MIX VEGETABLE CUTLETS. It was requested by one of our lovely viewer. It is a quick snacks recipe which can be made in jiffy. I have used vegetable like boiled potatoes, capsicum, green peas, sweet corn, onion and carrots etc. You may also use beetroot, french beans also. To make it more spicy you may add red chilli powder. Ingredients to make Mix Veg Cutlets:
Boiled Potatoes - 3
Green peas - 1/4 cup boiled/frozen
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup boiled/frozen
Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 3 chopped
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Broken cashews - 10
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup + 1 cup
Coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying

I think a nicer way is to steam a bunch of mixed vegetables together until they’re soft and mushy then let them cool which gets rid of all the moisture. Then lightly mash them and separately make a masala with onion ginger garlic spices and tomato paste. Mix the two together, bread and fry. Cooked food is more pleasant to the palate and digestive system and is the original way these things were done around the world.

I don't like this recepie, ye andar se kafi gile the mixture me moisture kafi tha,mene 1 chij miss ki maide ka ghol nahi banaya
and I'm using food processor for every thing like for grating, mash for patato
U know Hitesh food processor mein Kafi fine mash ho jata hai .. jis wajah se veggies mein se pani niklta hai.. Maine apko isdi liye finely chop krne k liye bataya tha ..
Pr fir bhi aap roared besan ya sooji daal kr isse thik kr skte ho.
