Pickles!

One of the things I love about this season in my life is having the energy to be resourceful and release guilt. Not gonna make it to that meal plan this week? Cucumbers gonna go bad? I CAN MAKE PICKLES! So I did.

I am a total pickle fanatic. I really need to try canning my own. Did you use Persian cucumbers?

I did! They are just fridge cucumbers - we will definitely eat them before they’d go bad. I’m not a canner - yet.
Chrysocolla is without question my favorite!
